I'm Mike with Taino Breathwork based out of Orlando,
Florida.
Today's journey is rooted in the Sufi breathing technique which has been used in many traditions to transform,
Heal,
And connect with the wisdom of the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
This practice involves intense releases and isn't advised for anyone with heart conditions,
High blood pressure,
Or recent surgeries.
Please honor your physical limits.
If you're new to deep breath work,
I always recommend your first session be with a skilled facilitator.
Our technique is simple,
Two short dynamic mouth inhales followed by a sigh of relief mouth exhale.
Follow the steady rhythm rather than its depth,
Keeping your jaw and body relaxed.
We'll breathe for 15 minutes,
Following the music and moving into breath holds as we go.
And as always,
We're breathing with the rhythm of the music.
Let's get on the same vibrational frequency and begin mouth breathing in 5,

Focus on the rhythm.
Let the body move how it wants to move and let's go.
We're passing five minutes.
Let's go.
You might start to feel energy moving through your body,
Throughout your hands,
Belly,
And chest.
Also,
You might start to feel different feelings,
Emotions,
Sensations coming up.
Positive or negative,
It's all good.
Just let them unfold as they want and keep breathing.
Soften your heart and use each breath out to release the weight of the past onto the ground.
Feel the heavy armor you have carried for so long slip away with every exhale.
Let the soil observe it completely.
Feel yourself anchored in deep anticipation,
Standing firmly at the threshold of the unknown.
Imagine a vibrant golden pathway extending from your center,
Cutting straight through the mist to the horizon ahead.
As you take your first step forward,
Feel the fierce adventure of the sacred fire igniting within your chest.
This fire does not harm.
It burns away old boundaries,
Your limitations and your fears,
Turning them into pure stardust and fuel for your path.
Resting in this grounded stillness,
Completely rooted yet indefinitely free,
You are being reimagined by the Divine Mother.
Every cell of your being is aligning with your highest potential.
Your old story is gone.
Only the circuit of courage,
Clarity,
And purpose remains.

You can start breathing gently through your nose,
Feel your sensations,
Observe your emotions,
And let them unfold as they want without labeling them as good or bad.
