My name is Mike with Taino breathwork system based out of Orlando,
Florida.
Today's guided breathwork is based on the Sufi breathing technique which has been used in many traditions to transform,
Heal,
And connect with the wisdom of the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Breath work and breath holds can result in intense physical and emotional release.
Therefore,
It's not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease,
High blood pressure,
Or recent physical injuries or surgeries.
As always,
Know your limits and slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your training.
If you are new to deep breath work,
It's highly recommended to start your first session in the presence of a skilled facilitator.
The technique we're going to use is based on two short dynamic mouth inhales followed by a sigh of relief mouth exhale.
We are mainly focusing on the steady rhythm of the breathing rather than its depth,
Keeping the jaws and body relaxed.
We are breathing for 15 minutes continuously with breath holds in between.
And as always,
We are breathing with the rhythm of the music.

You might start to feel energy moving throughout your body.
