This meditation - Right After Work - is the perfect pause between the doing of your day and the being of your evening. It gently invites you to reflect on how you showed up, acknowledge what went well, and release anything that no longer needs your attention. Through simple self-inquiry, you’ll reconnect with a sense of gratitude and completion, instead of carrying the weight of the day forward. As your breath slows, your nervous system begins to settle, signaling that it’s safe to let go. You’ll emerge feeling lighter, more positive about your day, and ready to move into the night with ease and clarity. BGM provided by Jeremy Siegel

This is my RAW meditation.

RAW stands for Right After Work,

And it's a technique that I learned from David G.

It's perfect to do in the evening.

So let's begin by closing our eyes.

And taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And exhaling as if we're clearing the day.

One more long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose.

And as you exhale,

Just relax your face,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your body.

We're just going to do a little reflection and ask ourselves a few questions.

What went well today?

Just notice what pops up.

Looking back at your day,

What went well today?

What could use improvement?

And now just letting that go.

And now,

What intention would you like to set for tomorrow?

Now letting that go.

And what are three things I feel grateful for right now?

And tonight,

Just set an intention for shutting down your devices at a specific hour.

What time can you unplug tonight?

And now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth,

Bringing some movement into your body.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And this is a great reflection practice to do right after work.
