On this special Thanksgiving day, take a moment to feel thankful for yourself, your body, and the blessings and people in your life. Reflect on the acronym H.O.P.E. — Help One Person Everyday — and imagine the powerful ripple effect of lifting someone up daily, even in the smallest way. This meditation encourages us to spread hope not just today, but every day, filling our lives with gratitude, happiness and purpose. BGM provided by Weston Brown.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Unplugged community.

I am so grateful to be meditating with you on such a special day.

Today is a day where we're going to bring in gratitude,

Love,

Peace,

Connection,

And self-reflection,

And then hopefully not only feel it in our own bodies,

But ripple it out to everyone who comes in contact with us.

So when you're ready,

Get comfortable,

Sit back,

Relax,

And gently close your eyes.

And you can begin by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And an audible exhale out through your mouth,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your shoulder,

Relaxing your body.

We're going to do this a few times on our own.

And with each inhale,

Just bringing in a little gratitude,

Warmth,

And peace.

And with each exhale,

Releasing any stress or tension that you may be holding on to.

Placing your hand on your heart,

Take a moment to bring awareness to three things that you feel grateful for this Thanksgiving.

They can be big or small,

From the love of your family,

To a simple moment of peace and quiet.

Allowing the gratitude to fill your heart.

And taking a moment to reflect on this past year.

Bringing your awareness to all the beautiful things and gifts that have come to you this year,

Since last Thanksgiving.

Could be friendships,

Or even just taking some time for self-care.

Just a reflection on life's beautiful little moments.

Now,

Taking a moment to share some gratitude with one special person who's important to you this year.

And let's wish them well.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

And may you live with ease.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you live with ease.

And now taking a few moments to reflect on this past year.

And now taking a few moments to create your own well wishes for this someone special in your life.

And take this final moment to just give yourself a little gratitude for showing up today on such a busy day.

And giving yourself some self-care.

And just thanking yourself for being here.

And taking the time to clean your energy so that you can truly show up and be present for others.

And setting the intention to be grateful for all things big and small today on this special Thanksgiving.

And when you're ready,

You can begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes and gently open your eyes.

Thank you for taking the time to share gratitude with yourself share gratitude with yourself so you can spread it all over on this very special day.

Happy Thanksgiving.
