Hi,

I'm Suzy at Unplugged,

And we are going to optimize your algorithm today.

What does that even mean?

Our algorithm is what we do every single day with our time,

And I'm going to show you the things that you're doing with your time that are great,

And the things that you're doing with your time that you might not want to do anymore.

So let's begin by getting comfortable and closing our eyes,

And taking a big,

Slow,

Long breath deep through the nose,

And an audible exhale out through the mouth,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Relaxing your body,

And just do a few more of those on your own.

When you wake up in the morning,

You have a choice.

You can choose what your brain consumes.

Are you going to meditate,

Or are you going to look at emails and the news?

What is your do,

And what is your don't?

What do you want to do first thing in the morning,

And what don't you want to do first thing in the morning?

Just take a moment and just really anchor in on the things that you do and don't want to do first thing in the morning.

And now imagine yourself getting out of bed.

What's the next thing you want to do right after you get out of bed?

What is the thing that makes you feel good,

And what is the thing that makes you feel not so good?

Maybe it's working out,

And not so good would be staring at your phone and social media.

And now let's go into the kitchen.

We're going to make ourselves some breakfast.

What makes us feel good,

And what makes you feel not so good?

What is your do breakfast,

And what is your don't breakfast?

And now that we've optimized our morning,

We're going to go into the afternoon.

What can you do that's important to you before lunch and during lunch?

What don't you want to do before lunch and during lunch?

What food can you consume that makes you feel good,

And what food do you eat that makes you feel not so good?

Remember you always have the choice to choose exactly what you want to do.

That's the one thing you can control.

How you spend your time,

Who you spend your time with,

And even the things that come into your mind during the day,

Whether it's looking at the news,

Or looking at things that maybe make you feel a little sad.

Maybe we can choose to focus on things that are beautiful,

Like a flower,

Or nature.

We're going to talk about our evening algorithm.

What time do you actually unplug from all of your devices?

Maybe you can do that a little bit earlier and create your own digital sunset.

What time would that be?

What's something that could be fun for you to do in the evening?

What's something you do that's a time waster?

We're not going to do that anymore.

Now letting all that go,

Just sit in stillness and silence for a moment.

I'll mind the time.

When you're ready,

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

Letting everything go,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your shoulder,

Relaxing your body.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

I hope you enjoyed that self-discovery and are going to lean more towards your to-do list than towards your to-don't list.

Enjoy the day.
