When you close the eyes to meditate,
It is as if you are gazing into the silence.
You are gazing into formless infinity.
And what happens is that this formless infinity purifies your attention.
The attention,
In its essence,
Is limitless,
Is shapeless,
Is boundless.
But when you keep perceiving forms,
Shapes,
With certain size and meaning,
Then that infinite boundless attention becomes limited only to those forms,
Those events,
Those interpretations.
So in meditation,
You watch formless.
In meditation,
You are in the presence of formless infinity.
And so your pure and powerful attention can restore its formless nature.
So in meditation,
You are being in the presence of the light of infinity,
The sun of formlessness.
You simply take a sunbath,
And the sun here is infinity.
That's why meditating in this way,
Very quickly you feel restored,
Energized,
Rejuvenated,
Boundless.
Because this is the nature of your formless nature,
The formless nature of your knowing,
Living presence.
Just being means no time,
No space,
Just existence,
Pure and perfect,
Complete.
Right now,
This very moment,
Perfect and complete.
Right now,
This very moment,
Perfect and complete.
