Using Mantra
Using a mantra is the simplest technique for prolonging the uninterrupted presence in meditation. However, it is good to know, how to use mantras. The main guideline is that You don't repeat it - You are witnessing the mantra being repeated in your heart or by your lips. You remain free Witness Self and you use mantra to stay present to your own free aware existence.
