Find yourself in a comfortable seat.
Cross your legs or sit with your feet flat on the ground,
Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Start to bring your awareness to your breath,
Taking nice deep,
Slow inhales through the nose.
And exhale through the nose or the mouth.
Just letting your breath be a gateway into the here and the now.
Gently releasing any thoughts or ideas or to-dos or anything that's been going on in your day.
Just letting that fade away to the background.
Letting it blur away so that your present moment and your body and your inner experience is sharpening in focus.
Take nice deep breaths in and out.
And really notice what it feels like to be rooted down to the earth wherever you're sitting.
Bring your awareness to the contact points that you have with the ground or with your chair or wherever you are.
What does it feel like to be in contact with the ground?
Does it feel like to be held safely down by the earth?
Breathe in.
And as you exhale,
Feel your shoulders relax and feel your entire body start to unwind and open and release any tension.
So beginning with the top of your head,
Feel your mind,
Your brain relax and unwind.
Think down your face,
Feel your eyebrows,
Your forehead,
Your cheeks.
Relax your jaw.
Down to your throat.
Any tension that you're holding,
Let it go as you sink deeper and deeper into the earth feeling held,
Just surrendering,
Moving down your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your torso,
And your chest,
Your mid body,
Your belly,
Your hips.
Just fully relax into this sense of being held by mother earth.
Down your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles,
Your feet.
Everything is fully relaxed.
Deep breath in and let it go.
And now I'd like you to imagine that your spine is extending down into the core of the earth.
So now your spine is this rod of light and allow it to shine with light.
It's this rod extending down beneath your sitting bones down to the center of the earth,
Connecting you in with a source of infinite grounding and stability and safety.
Feel what it's like to source your energy and your nourishment from this place of infinite safety and stability.
Feel yourself filled with this realization that I am safe.
I am held.
I am enough.
Let your body be filled with the sensation of enoughness and worthiness just for being who you are.
Nothing else to be,
Nowhere else to go.
Simply here,
Simply now feeling your entire body filled with light,
Filled with enoughness,
Filled with radiant worthiness.
Breathe in and out and feel that rod of your spine firmly connected down to the core of the earth.
You are so held,
You are so safe.
You are so abundant.
Here you are free to receive.
You are here,
You belong.
You are free to take up space.
It's safe to be you.
You are wanted and needed here on this planet.
Breathe in and out.
And as you breathe into the sensation of feeling grounded on the earth,
Notice in your lower body what that feels like.
Maybe it feels a bit heavier and a bit more open and relaxed.
And now bring your awareness moving up your body,
Moving up the spine,
Up,
Up through the top of your head where a ball of light emerges to rest gently on top of your head.
Notice this ball of light,
Notice if it has any color,
Any sensation,
Any qualities.
What does it look like,
Feel like?
What does it appear to be like?
What does it appear to be like?
Breathe in and out.
And slowly this ball of light begins to float upwards as you remain rooted down to the earth,
Rooted down by your rod of your spine,
Connecting you to the center of the earth.
And this ball of light travels up,
Up,
Up,
Carrying with you a piece of your aura,
Your unique soul imprint.
And as you can see with your mind's eye,
This ball of light flying high,
High into the galaxy where it positions itself amidst the stars.
It's twinkling as a star,
But you can still see it's got your unique soul imprint on it.
Breathe in,
Feel in your upper body what it feels like to notice this star up in the sky.
And now imagine that this cord from your spine is extending up while you stay rooted to the core of the earth.
The other end is connecting you up,
Up,
And there is this rope,
There's this tether of light that is connecting all the way up to your star through the top of your head.
Feel what that's like in the upper body,
In the top of your head to be connected to your soul's star.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe out.
You're connected both to the core of the earth and up above to the star which contains your soul's unique imprint.
You are fully supported,
Fully held from all sides.
You can relax and once again,
Fill your body and your consciousness with the sensation of I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am safe.
I belong here.
I receive.
I am here.
It is safe for me to take up space and express myself.
It is fully safe for me to be me in the world.
Stay with the sensation of pure wholeness,
Enoughness,
And worthiness.
Again,
Feeling your entire body surrendering to this glorious sensation of I am worthy.
Of being fully grounded and fully rooted.
Breathe in and out.
You might notice a red tinted aura surrounding the root of your body where your sitting bones are connecting to the earth.
Breathe into that light.
Allow this red tint to brighten and to glow.
As you once again feel into the sensation and the truth of I am enough.
I am safe.
I am worthy.
It is safe for me to be here.
It is safe for me to fully express myself in this world.
I receive freely.
I belong here.
Allow that red aura to encapsulate your entire being as you soak in this sensation of worthiness and enoughness and safety in the world connected to the earth.
You may allow yourself to remain here as long as you like.
Whenever you're ready,
Slowly come back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take your time,
There's no rush.
Hold on to the sensation of being tethered both above and below to the earth and to your soul star.
As you return,
Open your eyes.
The intention to hold this grounded energy through the rest of your day.
