Before you start the meditation,
Set up a calm space where you will not be interrupted.
This can be inside.
I know that it is a nice day.
I do recommend doing this outside.
Sit quietly,
With your feet flat on the ground and your spine straight.
You may wish to stand on the ground or the grass barefoot if you are outside.
Losing down your eyes.
You are going to take three deep breaths.
As you breathe in,
Bring your arms up.
Place them into the ground,
Bringing them down to the front of your chest.
Take a deep breath in,
Bringing your arms up.
Extend in your rib cage and hands together.
Just bring them down around your chest.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Arms up.
Hands to your heart,
Releasing any tension.
Breathing in,
Bringing your arms up.
Down to your heart center,
Breathing out.
Gently rest your hands on your knees by your side.
Inhale,
Feeling your belly expand.
Exhale,
Allowing your belly to soften.
Breathe in,
Allowing your body to fill with oxygen.
Re-energizing every cell in the body.
Breathe out,
Relaxing.
Now,
Breathing only without controlling it.
Visualize a white light coming through the crown of your hand,
Creating a column of light straight down your body,
In line with your spine.
Imagine this light flowing from your feet,
Anchoring into the center of earth.
Visualize this white light mixing and connecting with the earth energy.
Allow the earth energy to come up through your feet,
Through your body,
And out your crown shape.
Allowing the energies to intertwine and work together.
Rounding you and opening you to the divine.
You are safe and secure.
You are a divine being,
Full of love and compassion.
When you combine these energies into dividing,
Working together,
Looking for your state when rounded,
And giving it to the divine,
You are ready to slowly and gently open your eyes,
Taking another deep inhalation,
Filling your body with energizing energy and oxygen.
Saying thanks to earth energy,
Higher energy,
And to the sky energy,
To our energy.
