Welcome to "Release," a guided meditation designed to help you connect deeply with your body and heart and release what no longer serves you. Welcome,

Dear one.

At this time,

I'd like to invite you to gently close your eyes and begin drifting your awareness inside,

Beginning to settle in and settle down,

Gently deepening the breath,

Inviting each breath to be a little slower,

A little softer,

And a little deeper now.

As you settle more deeply into your body,

Take a moment to simply notice how you feel,

Observe the thoughts that are moving through your mind,

And witness any sensations that are present in the body.

Simply checking in,

Without judgment or a need for things to be any different than they are now.

Breathing a little deeper and slower still.

With each breath,

Beginning to relax and release the body and mind.

With each breath in,

Feeling the breath flow through your body,

And as you breathe out,

Send this breath into any spaces where you may be experiencing a little tension,

Resistance,

Or discomfort.

Letting the breath soften you and release you,

And with the next breath,

Relax the muscles in your face,

Letting any tension dissolve,

Breathing into the neck and the shoulders,

And as you breathe out,

Feeling your shoulders melt down your back,

Soften and relax,

Breathing into your torso and abdomen,

Relaxing and releasing,

And breathing into the pelvis,

Letting any tension melt away,

And breathing this relaxation down through the legs,

Into the feet,

And toes,

And feeling just the whole of your body,

And let's go,

And with the awareness in the feet,

And the next breath in,

Beginning to ground and connect with Mother Kaya.

You may see tree roots growing out of your feet and diving deep beneath the earth,

Fully rooting you with our beautiful Mother,

And as you breathe,

Let the earth hold you,

And for the next few breaths,

As you breathe in,

Gather up any left over tension or resistance in your body,

Mind,

Or field,

And as you breathe out,

Send this down through the earth,

Allowing our precious Mother to transmute this energy back to love,

And then taking a moment to honor and offer great thanks to our beautiful earth that holds you and keeps you safe,

And then gently begin drawing your awareness up into your sacred heart space,

In the center of your precious chest,

Reconnecting with the breath,

Invite each breath into the heart,

Be a little deeper than the last,

Slowing down,

And settling in,

And now,

With each breath into your heart,

Feel as this space expands,

And as you breathe out,

Feel the love and energy of your heart moving through all your particles and cells,

Cleansing and clearing away anything that isn't you,

Breathing deep,

And breathing slow,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

And letting go,

With each breath in,

Feeling the fullness of who you are expand even more,

Letting this powerful love of the heart heal your body,

Mind,

And soul,

Feeling as your body more deeply relaxes,

Witnessing as any tension releases,

Feeling yourself soften and let go,

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Connect back in with the expansion of your own heart,

And for a moment,

Simply observe how far this field extends,

And notice if at the edge of your own expanse,

If there are any walls or barriers that are currently standing in your way,

And just witness whatever may be arising now,

Without judgment,

Observe and notice the way these walls and barriers have been standing in your way of becoming who you truly want to be,

Of loving more deeply,

Of feeling your own wholeness,

And simply witness whatever is arising now,

And as you continue to breathe,

Begin breathing these barriers and walls into your heart,

Holding them in the energy of love,

And breathing them down through the body and into the earth,

Where the essence of what they were is dissolved,

And they are transformed back into the energy of love,

And if you find yourself trying to control how this process goes,

Simply take a moment to pause,

Reconnect with the breath,

Feel back into the heart,

And then let this process of breathing in what no longer serves,

And letting it go back to love,

Letting this occur all on its own,

Letting all the old stale energy empty out and be renewed by love,

Feeling as your body and field start to become lighter and more free,

And witnessing as your heart naturally begins to expand even more,

As the walls dissolve and fade away,

Can you surrender to your breath a little more,

Can you feel the expansion of your heart even more,

Letting go with the breath,

Letting go with the heart,

Feeling more at ease,

More at peace,

And for a moment,

Simply feel the beating of your heart as you breathe,

And then gently begin calling your awareness back into the room or physical space that holds you,

Bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes,

And letting the body move in whatever way is called to move,

And then when you find yourself ready,

And when you feel called,

Gently open your eyes to this precious now moment,

In this new time.
