Welcome,
Dear one,
To this guided meditation to help you connect and settle in to the sacred space of your heart,
And to open yourself up to receive the miracles and blessings of love that move through you and all around you.
If you haven't already,
Now is a perfect time to close your eyes,
Gently shifting your awareness inside,
Beginning to soften and slow your breath,
Inviting your breath to be just a little deeper than the way you normally breathe.
And as your breath begins to slow,
Take a moment to simply notice how you feel.
To observe whatever thoughts,
Feelings,
Or sensations are flowing through your mind,
Body,
And field.
Without judgment,
Or the need for things to be any different than they are right now.
Simply becoming the witness to what is.
And then,
Turning your awareness more fully to your precious breath,
Beginning to follow each breath as it moves through your body and lungs,
Deepening your breath just a little more,
Maybe even noticing how as your breath slows,
Your body gently relaxes,
And as you breathe,
Maybe you can feel where in your body you're holding tension or resistance.
And invite this breath into these spaces,
Allowing the breath to soften and release,
Inviting the breath to calm and slow you down,
And for a moment,
Simply continue to relax with the breath,
And now,
As you continue to breathe,
And continue to soften,
Gently drift your awareness into your sacred heart space,
In the center of your precious chest.
And feel as this breath flows in and out of your beautiful heart,
Beginning to become present with the gentle beating of your heart,
And allowing yourself to drop into this sacred space where a wellspring of love resides,
With each breath allowing yourself to more deeply receive this love that emanates gracefully from within,
And if thoughts come in,
Trying to distract you or call your attention in another direction,
Just simply observe whatever is arising now,
Trusting that this is something from within that is calling to be released,
Thank it for appearing,
And then send it off with the wind,
Returning your awareness back to the heart,
Back to the deep breath,
Returning your focus to the wellspring of love that emanates from deep within you,
And flows all around you,
And allow yourself to notice if there are any edges that you may have created to your own ability to receive,
Or limitations or boundaries you may have placed on your life about what you are able to receive,
And in this moment,
As you breathe into your heart,
Allow yourself to imagine these boundaries and limitations dissolving,
Inviting you to expand even more into the fullness of who you are,
Opening yourself up to a whole other world of receiving,
Opening yourself up to the miracles of life,
You are worthy of this and so much more,
Allow yourself to embrace this worthiness now,
As you receive the love of your heart,
The love of your soul,
And truly feel as this love expands your light body and fills the field that is you,
Nourishing you,
Uplifting you,
Healing you,
Can you open up just a little more,
Is there anything that you need to release or let go of in order to receive this love even more?
Your heart knows what to do,
All you need to do is be present here,
With your breath,
With your heart,
And with this deep intention to fully receive,
You are already whole,
Remember this wholeness now,
As you receive the love of your heart,
Still breathing deep,
Still breathing slow,
With each breath being a new opportunity to receive even more,
To be nourished,
To be loved,
Just as you are,
Trust that you are exactly where you need to be,
In this moment in your life,
All is working out as it is supposed to,
And this moment is for you,
To replenish your spirit,
Nourish your heart,
And to fully remember the truth of who you really are,
A divine being,
In heart,
In wholeness,
You are already enough,
You have always been worthy,
Allow yourself to remember this now,
Reconnecting with your breath once more,
Take a moment to offer appreciation to your precious heart,
For the way in which it loves you into life,
And provides the gift of life to you each day,
Thank your spirit for guiding you along the path that you've been on,
And thank yourself for the courage to follow this path,
And then gently begin drawing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you,
Bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes,
Letting the body move,
In whatever way it's called to move,
And when you find yourself ready,
Gently opening your eyes to this precious,
New moment in time,
In the fullness and wholeness of who you truly are.
