This is an 8-hour full sleep version of Journey to the Sacred Meadow. During this Yoga Nidra, we will invite the mind and body to deeply relax through awareness and breath. In this relaxed space, we will set our Sankalpa (or intention) for this session. After the body has begun to relax and our resolve claimed, we will embark on a journey to a Sacred Meadow where we will lay the body down to rest and receive the nourishment of this sacred space. Please ensure that you are in a space where it is safe for you to lie down, relax, and maybe even drift off to sleep when the session concludes.
