If you haven't already,
You can go ahead and close your eyes.
Begin dropping in.
And for a moment,
Notice,
Notice how much spaciousness is already present.
Notice what the mind is up to at this hour of your day.
And without judgment or the need for things to be any different,
Simply allow yourself to step into that position of the observer.
Beginning to drop back behind the thoughts,
Noticing as they float in front or around you,
Maybe even witnessing them as though they're on a screen in front of you.
As you remain in this position of the observer,
Connect with your body.
Remember that you have a body and begin forming that bridge from the mind into the body.
Allow your breath to deepen,
Breathing a little slower,
Breathing a little softer.
Every breath is another opportunity to return to the present,
To the stillness that exists beyond the mind.
Breathing deeply,
Present in this moment,
Allow your mind and body to unite as one.
And allow your true self to drop back into the position of the observer,
Noticing and remembering how who you truly are is so much more than this physical form.
Connect with that essence as we bask in the silence.
Feel how this breath connects you,
The true you,
With your physical body and all realms beyond the body.
For the next little while,
Play with your breath.
Notice as you breathe in any sensations that may occur.
Maybe you choose to hold your breath for a moment.
Feel the spirit within you breathe through you,
And feel what happens when you exhale.
Now,
As you continue to breathe,
Allow your breath to begin circulating love within you,
The true you,
Your physical body,
And all around you,
Through your field and out into the collective field.
Becoming the breath of love,
Coming back to your practice,
Going deeper into love.
Very gently,
Begin making your way back into your physical body,
Bringing with you this energy of love.
As you bring gentle movements to the fingers and toes,
Invite this energy to flow through the body and integrate,
And whenever the moment arrives,
Gently flutter your eyes open.
