I'd like to invite you to allow your body to find that comfortable space.

You might even choose to do this meditation standing in your garden with your eyes open.
However you choose to be comfortable today,
Just simply honor whatever it is that your body and your heart are calling from you.
You might find that as we begin,
You're perfectly comfortable seated.
But after some time,
You might wish to lay down.
Today I invite you to honor that heartfelt desire in whatever way it appears.
As you allow your body to be in that comfortable space,
Gently begin deepening your precious and divine breath.
