You Welcome,
Dear one,
To this guided meditation.
The center in your heart,
And the feeling,
Tone,
And energetic essence of gratitude.
To begin,
I invite you to go ahead and find that comfortable seat.
Gently draw your eyes to a close.
Letting your awareness drift to your inner world.
And for a moment,
Just let this awareness settle on your breath.
Simply observing what it is that your breath is doing.
Letting this simple act of observing your breath help you out of your mind and into this very precious now moment.
Now,
Maybe you can intentionally allow your breath to become just a little deeper and slower.
Consciously drawing in each deep inhale.
And then as you exhale out,
Letting go.
Letting your body relax.
And falling more deeply into this present moment.
Letting go.
Still breathing deep.
Still breathing slow.
Still consciously being aware of this breath as it flows in and out of your precious and divine body.
Not needing to be anywhere else but here.
And this moment as you breathe.
And this moment as you breathe.
Now,
As you continue to let your breath be deep and slow.
I invite you to begin drawing this breath into your sacred heart space in the center of your divine chest.
You can place one or both hands on top of your heart to create a physical connection between you and this space.
Or you can just simply be present with the flow of breath as it moves in and out of this space.
Settling into your heart as you breathe.
Becoming more and more present with your heart as you breathe.
And this moment as you breathe.
And this moment as you breathe.
And as you continue to embrace your divine heart.
And as you breathe into this sacred space in your being.
Can you allow yourself to generate the feeling of gratitude?
What does gratitude feel like to you?
What does it mean for you to be grateful,
Thankful,
To appreciate life?
With each breath into your heart,
Can you allow yourself to feel this gratitude even more?
Maybe there's someone or something in your life that you're thankful for.
What does it feel like to appreciate another person,
Place,
Or experience?
Can you generate this feeling in your heart now?
Can you allow yourself to embrace this feeling in your heart now?
Allowing each breath to help this feeling tone and energetic essence of gratitude become stronger,
More alive.
Feeling the vibration and pulsing sensation of this gratitude in your own heart with each breath.
Feeling the vibration and pulsing sensation of this gratitude in your own heart with each breath.
And as you continue to feel into this energy of gratitude,
Appreciation,
And thanks.
I invite you to begin gently pulsing this vibration of energy from your own heart out into the field.
Sending this energy of gratitude and appreciation to past versions of yourself,
To the future version of you,
And to any people or places,
Animals,
Or experiences that you are truly grateful for.
Sending this energy out into the collective,
Helping to uplift our collective fields with the grace of gratitude.
Commons.
Still breathing deep,
Still embracing this divine dance of allowing yourself to receive the energy and feeling tone of gratitude and then pulsing this energy out into the collective,
Sharing the energy of divine grace as this gratitude vibrates through the field.
Letting this feeling of gratitude emanate out from your heart,
Moving into all the spaces and places,
It's calling for this energy now.
Letting this feeling of gratitude emanate out from your heart,
Moving into all the spaces and places.
Now,
While still holding on to this energy of gratitude in your own heart,
Body and feel,
I invite you to gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.
Can bring gentle movements to your fingers and toes and let your body move in whatever way feels called to move.
And then when you find that you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes and return to this new now moment in space and time.
Letting this feeling of gratitude emanate out from your heart,
