
Future Self - Guided Meditation
Who do you desire to be? What changes would you like to make in your life? Where do you want to be in the next year, two years, etc? This guided meditation is designed to take you deep into your body and heart and help you connect with the future version of yourself. Gift yourself a moment of self-care to relax with this guided meditation and embrace the future version of you that is emerging from within.

If you haven't already,
This time I invite you to gently bring your eyes to a close,
Shifting your perspective from the external to the internal world.
Take a moment to just observe what sensations,
Emotions are present in your body at this time.
Just making an observation,
But not needing to shift anything yet.
Just gently becoming aware of the different vibrations of energy that are moving through your body at this time.
Gently being present in the body,
Maybe taking a moment to feel your seat upon the surface in which you're sitting or laying,
And to feel your feet on the surface of the ground in which they are upon.
Feel your hands wherever they may rest,
On your body or another surface,
And just being present with what is,
Being present with where you currently are.
As you continue to embrace your body as it currently is,
Embracing the sensations and emotions that are present,
I invite you to gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each inhale into your body to be just a little deeper and slower than before,
Elongating the exhale and slowing it down just a little more,
Allowing this breath to bring you even more out of the mind and more deeply into the body,
Noticing as you intentionally slow the breath down,
How the body and mind slow down as well,
And recognizing when the thoughts pick back up and try to distract you in another direction,
Just gently observing any mental mind chatter,
And then bringing your awareness back to your breath,
Back into your body,
Intentionally breathing just a little slower than before,
Intentionally observing how this breath lands in your body,
Inviting the breath to slow down just a little more,
Inviting your body and mind to surrender just a little more to the breath,
Witnessing as your body relaxes and lets go,
As you breathe just a little deeper,
And maybe noticing any spaces in your body where there's still a little tension,
A little resistance,
And intentionally bringing your breath into these spaces in your body,
Observing as the breath relaxes these spaces and creates and allows more ease and comfort,
Continuously calling your attention back to your breath,
Intentionally breathing spaciousness into any areas where there may be a little tension or discomfort,
Intentionally breathing spaciousness into the body and witnessing the relaxation that occurs,
Surrendering just a little more to this relaxation,
Allowing your body to feel more at ease with each breath,
Still breathing deeply,
Still breathing slowly,
And still inviting your body to relax just a little more with each breath,
As if all the tension and gripping sensations dissolve away with the breath,
As your body expands and refills and refuels with the breath,
Feeling safe,
Comforted,
And at ease with the breath,
And as you continue to breathe in this way,
With nice long inhales and elongated and slow exhales,
I invite you to bring your focus of attention,
Your focus of breath,
Right onto your heart space,
This sacred space in the center of your chest,
With each inhale observing and visualizing as your heart and field expand,
With the love from the divine,
With the light of healing,
And then as you exhale out,
And as you breathe into your heart space,
Just gently witnessing and observing as your body naturally relaxes with each breath of love from the heart,
Feeling the expansion of breath with the inhale,
And then the diffusing of this new energy all throughout the body and field,
Witnessing as you relax just a little more,
And finding more ease and comfort in this moment with the breath,
With each breath into the heart,
Inviting yourself to fully receive this love from the divine and this energetic healing energy from the quantum field,
And as you exhale out,
Sharing these new energies throughout your own body and field,
Fully allowing your body to relax and melt into these new energies,
Feeling more loved,
Feeling more at ease,
Feeling more calm and relaxed,
At peace,
And as you continue to breathe in nice long and deep inhales and exhales,
I invite you to bring into your heart the visualization of you at your greatest health,
Your most optimal wellness,
And with each breath in,
Infusing this image with more love,
More grace,
Abundance,
And energy fueled by the divine,
Witnessing as this image of your future self,
Your now self in another form,
As it becomes clearer and clearer,
And as you continue to breathe in this beautiful image of you and all that you are and all that you truly deserve and desire,
Letting yourself fully connect with this imagery of yourself and your greatest health and your greatest power and all that you desire to be,
And allowing yourself to fully feel the sensations of what it would feel like to be in this form now,
To be in this space now,
With each deep breath into the heart,
And inviting your heart and mind's eye to see this visualization just a little more clearly,
To feel the emotions and sensations just a little more fully,
Integrating this new vision of who you are and who you desire to be into your here and now moment,
And viewing this version of yourself as if this is who you are in this moment,
Continuously calling yourself back to your breath,
Continuously calling yourself back to your heart,
Continuously calling yourself back to fully experiencing this new version of you,
As if this is who you are in this moment,
Right here,
Right now,
Bringing this visualization even deeper into the muscles and cells,
Particles in your body and being,
Witnessing as this new version of you diffuses and transfuses with what was already present,
Creating space for this new version of you to be,
And as you continue to breathe,
You can stay here,
Focusing on your breath,
Focusing on your heart,
And fully experiencing this visualization and feeling experience of this new version of you,
Or from this space,
This new you,
Filled with love and abundance and care,
I invite you to bring into your heart space and your mind's eye,
Someone that you care about,
That you know could use a little more love or healing,
Care or abundance at this time,
Allow yourself to fully witness and observe this person or being in your heart,
Being filled with love from the divine,
Being filled with new energy of healing,
Abundance and peace,
And sending from your heart to their heart,
A gentle pulse and wave of amplified energy of love and peace,
Healing and abundance,
Witnessing and visually observing as the energy of this being in your heart shifts and changes to one where there is more love,
Where there is full health,
Where there is more peace in their own heart,
Still breathing deeply and slowly into your heart space,
Expanding and filling up your own heart with love,
And sharing this love with someone that you care about,
Someone that you love and appreciate,
Someone that you know could use more love and healing in their life,
And witnessing and observing as this energy travels from your heart to theirs,
And visualizing as the energy in their field shifts and changes,
And they become more filled with love,
More filled with peace,
Full health,
Healing and abundance.
As you continue to breathe,
Just gently letting go of the image of the person that you care about,
And returning your focus to your own heart,
To your own field,
Inviting the breath to be still just a little deeper than before,
Inviting this new energy of love,
Peace,
Healing and abundance back into your own heart and field,
Refilling your own cup,
Integrating and sealing this new version of you into your body and field,
Noticing any energetic shifts or emotional changes that have taken place in your body,
And breathing in just a little more love,
Breathing in just a little more peace,
And holding and sealing these energetic changes in this love and peace,
And choosing for this to be your new state of being.
Now I'd like to invite you to gently begin bringing your attention and awareness back into the room or space in which you are in,
Letting the breath take on whatever natural rhythm is best for you right now,
And bringing gentle movements into the fingers and toes,
Hands,
Wrists,
Arms and feet,
Stretching and moving your body in whatever way feels right to you at this time,
Fully integrating all this new energy that you created and cultivated,
Allowing it to move through your body and field,
Placing you in a new way of being,
And as you feel ready,
As you feel called,
