Let's go ahead and just start to breathe a little deeper.
We're going to just take some deep breaths all the way through the body.
So we'll breathe into the feet,
Allow that energy in the feet to settle,
Start to ground into the earth.
As we breathe into the feet,
We can even feel as though tree roots are extending out of our feet and moving down into the earth,
Giving us a moment to settle,
Giving us a moment to orient ourselves here in this moment.
Allow your breath to become a little deeper and a little slower and begin feeling that flow of energy from the earth into your body and from your body into the earth.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Start allowing that energy to flow up from the earth through the legs,
Feeling as it pulses through the lower legs,
Moves into the knees,
Swirls through all the muscles and ligaments in the knees,
Moving up through the thighs and into the pelvis,
Beginning to soften any tension in these spaces in your body.
Breathing deeply and allowing this energy to flow up into the abdomen,
Releasing any tension,
Noticing if there's any emotions that have been overpowering or influencing your actions that are coming from the abdomen,
Taking a little extra time in this space in the body,
Reconnecting with that earth beneath you,
Allowing the energy of the earth to flow up through the body right into that precious space in your belly,
Even allowing your belly to expand with the breath and as you exhale to fully empty out all the breath in this area of your body,
Reconnecting with the earth as you continue your journey up into your solar plexus and your ribcage,
Feeling the energy flow up through your body and into your precious heart in the center of your chest,
Breathing up from the earth all the way into your heart and even breathing from your heart all the way down into the earth,
Feeling your heart expand,
Reconnecting with the earth as you allow this energy to continue flowing up into the shoulders and the neck,
Moving through the throat,
Clearing away any resistance to using your own voice in this life,
Moving through the jaw and up through the head,
Swirling through the ears and across the face,
Noticing if you're holding any tension in the face and then feeling as this energy flows out through the crown of the head into the cosmos and the heavens above,
Breathing deeply,
Breathing from the earth all the way up to the heavens,
Breathing from the heavens all the way down into the earth,
Feeling as your energetic channel begins to clear,
Then gently dropping your awareness down into your heart,
Feeling back into this precious and sacred vessel.
As you breathe into your heart,
Breathe from both the earth and the heavens into the heart.
As you breathe out from your heart,
Emanate out all around you in every direction,
Allowing the energy of your field to cleanse and clear.
As you breathe into your heart,
Feeling this divine flow of energy through you and all around you,
Begin allowing yourself to connect with the light and true vibrancy of who you are.
At the core of your being,
Beneath the noise of life,
Beneath the identity of the mind,
Contemplate this essence of you.
As we sit in the silence,
Breathing deeply,
Notice when the mind is trying to describe who you are and allow yourself to drop beneath,
Moving deeper beneath form into the brilliant light of your own heart.
Breathing deeply,
Intentionally allowing all form and ideas to dissolve,
Dropping into a space of knowing,
Of feeling and experiencing.
Experiencing the essence of who you truly are,
At the core of your being,
Staying rooted and connected to this true essence of you.
With presence and intention,
Pulse out into the world the desire for all the hearts across this precious planet to be reconnected with the true essence of who they are.
Beneath the ego,
As you stand in the energy of your truth,
You act as a mirror to the world to do the same.
Breathing deeply,
Present and aware,
Remembering who you are,
Remembering your interconnectedness with all and emanating this truth back out for all beings,
All hearts to return to its natural rhythm.
Gently begin making your way back into your physical body and into the space that holds you.
Allow gentle movements into your fingers and your toes.
