Gratitude is the most powerful manifestation energy in the world.
Appreciation for all of life,
From the shiny happy parts to the dark challenges,
Creates an energy that is magnetic to miracles,
To love,
To purpose,
To synchronicities.
According to the law of praise,
When we are sincerely thankful in advance of seeing evidence of our desires in the material world,
This acts as a quickening agent that draws to us the best that life has to offer.
Don't wait for the materialization of your desires until you cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
You are surrounded by much to appreciate now,
Both in the visible world and in the not yet visible.
Be thankful for the smallest things you do have,
The tiniest wins,
And let the power of gratitude infuse your every breath.
You call your dreams forth through appreciating your blessings in advance.
The more you praise,
The more that gratitude will grow and even show up in the outer world in ways you couldn't even imagine.
You will find that you have tapped into an unending vein of gold.
Losses,
Difficulties,
And struggles can take our attention away from the good that's already in our lives,
Making it hard to practice appreciation and gratitude.
It's natural to revert to our negative bias as a means of self-preservation.
We can feel safer in discomfort.
When we try to figure out what we did wrong,
Or look to assign blame somewhere else,
Or sit way too long on our proverbial pity potty,
But things must be dealt with,
Bills have to be paid,
Family needs to be taken care of,
And when there's no time for you,
We look for a way out.
This is the most important time to align with the law of praise and the power of gratitude.
You are not bypassing your troubles,
But choosing to be grateful anyway.
Say thank you for breathing.
Say thank you for the smallest things.
And say thank you for the most respectful solution for the highest good to be revealed.
Don't wait until things settle down to be grateful.
Do all of this in advance of the results you seek,
And remember that this too shall pass.
Just take a moment to breathe that in,
In the way that you have received it today.
Welcome dear ones to this guided meditation,
Intentionally designed for you and your precious heart.
This is an opportunity to feel into this radiant space,
To connect with the love that you are.
And more deeply,
Allow yourself to be held in the grace of this precious present moment,
The eternal now.
If you haven't already,
Now is that perfect time to close your eyes and gently draw your awareness inside,
Beginning to settle into your inner world,
The inner sanctuary of the divine self.
With your awareness turned inward,
Gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each inhale and exhale to be slower and softer than the way you normally breathe.
Each breath holds an invitation for you to drop more deeply into this precious present moment,
Allowing yourself to be fully here.
This moment,
This precious present,
Is the only moment that truly matters.
Let your awareness settle here,
And if the mind comes in trying to distract you or call your attention away in another direction,
Just take a moment to observe whatever is arising in the mind,
Thank it for appearing,
And then allow it to gently float on by,
Just like a passing cloud in the sky,
Then intentionally call your awareness back to your breath,
To this precious present,
The one true moment.
Now,
With the next breath,
Draw your awareness into your sacred heart space in the center of your divine chest.
With each breath,
Feel your heart expand,
And with each breath out,
Allow yourself to drop more fully into this beautiful moment,
Allowing the body to relax and the mind to surrender to the now.
Breathing deeply,
Breathing slowly,
Allowing your body to relax and inviting your mind to drop more fully into this precious now moment,
Present,
Aware.
Each breath is an invitation to expand more fully into your heart,
And dissolve more deeply into presence.
Let everything else flutter away,
And be here,
Bask in the field of presence,
Of oneness.

Feel your heart expand.
If you find your mind drifting away,
This is an opportunity to call your awareness back to the breath.
To turn your attention back to the heart.
To allow yourself to more fully drop into this moment,
Allowing all else to dissolve,
Allowing you to simply be.
You are exactly where you need to be.
The future is yet to arrive.
Here,
Now,
Is where you need to be.
Allow yourself to rest here.
To receive from here.
To be present.
Allow yourself to feel the field of presence that holds you now.

Allowing the fullness of who you are to be held in the field of presence.

As your heart expands,
Can you allow your awareness to expand along with it?
How much deeper can you go?
How much more can you drop in to this present moment?
How much further can you allow your awareness to expand?
And from this space,
As you merge with oneness,
Can you allow yourself to receive the love that permeates this field of presence.
The love that moves to you and through you at all times.
Allow yourself to be filled by this love as you bask in this precious now.
Feel the love as it flows all around you and moves through you.
Allow your mind to linger here.
And with the next breath,
Gently begin calling your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.
Bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes.
Allowing the body to move in any way it's called to move.
When you're ready,
You can gently flutter your eyes open.
Returning to a brand new moment in now time.
