Welcome,
Dear ones,
To this guided meditation to help you settle even more deeply into the love that you are.
If you haven't already,
Now is the perfect time to close your eyes and gently let your awareness drift even deeper inside,
Taking a moment to simply witness whatever is present in your body,
Mind or field,
Without judgment or attachment,
Simply observing and settling into the witness within,
Noticing whatever sensations are present,
What emotions are arising,
What thoughts are moving through your mind,
And then letting this gentle observation go and bringing your awareness directly into your sacred heart space,
In the center of your chest and about three inches in,
Feeling the precious beating of your heart as you breathe into this space.
As you breathe into your sacred heart,
Take a moment to visualize and feel a cord of light dropping down from your heart back into the earth and moving up from your heart into the heavens above,
Observing as this cord of light tethers you to Mother Gaia and connects you with the cosmos.
With each breath into your heart,
Feeling this space expand with the light of your being,
With the love that you are,
And as you breathe out,
Breathing this love into the earth below and the cosmos above,
Through this light cord,
Engaging in a reciprocal dance with the earth and the cosmos,
Calling energy in and sending energy out.
With each deep breath in,
Feeling your heart and your body expand even more with the brilliance of the light of love,
And as you breathe out,
Feeling as this love expands and moves through your entire body and field,
Extending deep down into the earth and rising up into the cosmos,
Filling your entire field with the light of love,
With the source of your own being,
Offering this love to yourself,
To your body,
Physical body,
Energetic body,
And spiritual bodies,
Experiencing as this love fills and brightens any gaps in your field,
Any spaces that have been hurt,
Helping to shine light on these areas and love them into life,
Helping your field to be reformed and reorganized around you in this light of love,
And noticing what might arise as you send this love into the bodies that hold you,
Allowing and accepting whatever is arising for what it is,
Without judgment or the need for it to be any different,
Holding all that you are in the light of love,
Holding all that you are in the arms of love,
With each breath into this love,
Allowing the spaces in your body that are carrying resistance to relax and release,
As you breathe into this love,
Allowing whatever barriers or walls that you have built to break down and allow more love in,
Accepting this love as your birthright,
Knowing you are worthy of your own love,
You are worthy of this divine love,
As you are this love,
Allowing yourself to feel this now,
And with each breath shine brighter as a beacon of light and love,
Accepting whatever might be arising as something that is calling to be seen and brought to light,
Accepting whatever thoughts are emerging and calling you in a different direction,
As evidence of something that is trying to be brought to light,
And allowing this love of your being to engulf and embrace all aspects of yourself,
Uplifting and nourishing all pieces,
Parts,
Cells and particles that make up you,
And if you notice any judgments arise,
Hold them in your heart with love,
Allowing yourself to be fully present with the experience now,
Allowing yourself to fully receive the blessings that are showering upon you,
And allowing yourself to be fully present with the experience now,

Noticing when your attention strays and calling it back to the heart,
Back to the energetic experience of the love that you are,
And feeling all parts,
Pieces,
Particles and cells that make up your energetic,
Spiritual and physical bodies,
Feeling as they're repaired,
Mended and nourished,
Allowing yourself to be fully held now in this moment,
And accepting the guidance that is showering upon you,
Accepting the love that is coursing through you,
And accepting the light and the brilliance of your own being,
Trusting and knowing that you have come to this earth for a reason,
You have been called here as a beacon of light to help shift the timeline into a new,
Helping to up-level consciousness and bring about true change,
Though this change begins with you first,
With your heart first,
Allowing any impurities or spaces of pain to be healed and held in the light of love,
And carried away by the divine,
So that you can more easily and more fully embrace the light that you are,
Embrace the love that you are,
Breathing deeply and feeling your presence here with your heart,
And with the deeper knowing that emanates from within and beyond the mind,
With each breath feeling the light of your own being get brighter,
More amplified,
As if all the cells in your spirit are activating at a new level of consciousness and light,
With each breath observing as the brilliance of your light grows stronger and emanates out in all directions,
Vibrating and pulsing this love out into the cosmos and the ethers that hold you,
And feeling into the essence of your true power as you stand as this light of love,
As you are present with this light of love,

With each breath feeling the strength and power of your own love grow brighter and stronger,
Helping to hold you and your energetic bodies,

Helping to uplevel consciousness,

As a beacon of love,
Sending love into the field,
Helping it to find those that are ready to embrace this light of their own being,
Sensing,
Feeling,
And experiencing as the light within you is amplified and simultaneously amplifies the light within those across this universe who are here to aid,
Who are here to help,
Who are here to be the change and are ready for their next step,
Healing is your spirit and the spirits of all those across the universe are connected through a web of light,
Are connected through the heart of love,
Pulsing and sending vibrations of the truth of who we are through these energetic weavings of the web,
Helping to send this energy more directly into the heart of the light worker who is ready to awaken,
Who is ready to act alongside you as a beacon of love,
Of light,
And true change.
As we stand in our light and vibrate this love out,
We offer permission for others to do the same,
While permission is not needed for something that is your birthright,
So many do not know their true power,
And by sending this love directly to them,
We help to awaken the acceptance of who they truly are,
So they can claim this birthright,
Fully allowing yourself to be present here with this energetic experience of receiving the light that you are,
Of feeling the light and love that you are,
And sending it out and across the universe,
Trusting that you need not create anything,
That this love and light is already available to all of us,
And is being created and amplified for you with your presence,
And now gently allowing your awareness to drift back to your own field and your own heart,
Taking a moment to honor and offer great thanks for your spirit and divine self,
For the you that brought you here today,
For the you that shines brighter today and in this moment than ever before,
Honoring and offering thanks for all the moments that have come before,

And for this very moment that you are living in,

The eternal source,

Honoring the oneness that flows through us all,
As you hold this honor and this light of love in your heart,
In your body,
And energetic vessel,
I invite you to slowly begin bringing the awareness of the physical space that holds you into your mind and heart,
Feeling into your body once more,
Feeling your hands and your feet,
Allowing these spaces in your body to begin to move,
Reawaken,
Realive in with the physical world,
And then when you find yourself ready,
And when you feel called,
Gently opening your eyes and returning your awareness to this new moment in time.
