Stress is often a result of us holding on to accumulated energies.

This quick,

Guided energetic practice will support you in relaxing from stress by releasing and clearing discordant energies from your biofield so you're in a calm,

Coherent,

And relaxed state of being.

So let's begin.

Get into a relaxed,

Sitting upright posture.

And let's drop in and open to the present moment,

Putting your hands on your heart and centering into your breath,

Your body,

This present moment,

This unfolding,

Bringing all of your awareness to the here and now,

To your inhale and exhale through your nostrils,

Allowing yourself more and more with each breath,

With every inhale and exhale,

To open,

To center,

And to truly arrive more and more into your embodied awareness.

Now drawing the fullness of your attention to the center of your brow in the middle of your head,

I invite you and want you to imagine as if you're breathing through the center of your brow here in the middle of your head,

The mind center,

And feel with each inhale and exhale,

Drawing your attention and awareness as if you're breathing in and out,

And with each inhale and exhale,

Your mind center is opening more and more,

Allowing yourself to follow and dive deeper into this practice,

Into this here and now with each inhale and exhale,

Allowing your mind and mental energy to drain more and more into your body.

With every inhale,

Allowing your mind to be in coherence with your heart,

Your mind and heart as one,

And on the next inhale and exhale,

Drop down the center of your being into your heart,

Where your hands await,

And feel and breathe and draw of your awareness as if you're breathing in and out through this heart center.

And as you inhale and exhale,

Opening this heart center more and more,

Arriving more and more fully in your body,

Arriving and centering more and more and opening your heart with each inhale and exhale,

Driving more and more fully into an embodied state.

And on the next inhale and exhale,

And on the next inhale and exhale,

Drop down one more time down into your solar plexus region,

Breathing and centering,

Letting all of your energy arrive here in your solar plexus,

And allowing your breath to deepen every inhale and exhale,

Relaxing your stomach and solar plexus region and abdomen with each breath,

Letting go more and more with exhales through your mouth,

Feeling with each inhale and exhale,

Your solar plexus and power center opening.

Like a valve,

Letting go and allowing any anxiety or tension to dissipate more and more through every exhale.

With every inhale,

Your exhales become longer and longer,

Dissipating more and more of your energy.

As you focus and allow this energy this anxiety,

This tension to literally be breathed into the earth,

Exhaling it,

Knowing and trusting that the earth will eat these heavy discordant energies,

All your stress and recycle it in the highest good of all.

Inhaling and exhaling longer and longer on the exhales more and more,

Allowing your stress and any heavy and discordant energies to dissipate into the earth more and more.

All the stress releasing and letting go with each breath,

With every inhale and exhale,

Allowing your body,

Your mind and heart and energy field to release all these energies that no longer serve you.

Knowing it's safe to let go with every sigh,

Releasing more and more of any heavy energies and anxiety and stress into the earth.

Longer and longer exhales doing the best that you can seeing,

Feeling and sensing and allowing yourself to release these energies more and more melting off of your energy field,

Out of your body,

Draining out of you,

Releasing and letting go with each exhale.

Ah,

All the anxiety and stress releasing,

Inviting in more and more coherence between your mind,

Your heart and your solar plexus region.

Feeling and allowing with each breath more and more a release and more and more relaxation settling in your being.

On the next step,

Exhale,

Feel and allow yourself to drop down below your feet,

Down below your feet,

Exhaling yourself out deeper and deeper into the earth.

Allowing yourself to connect deeper and deeper until you arrive with your awareness,

Attention and intention at the heart of the earth.

And with each inhale and exhale,

Connecting with the earth's rhythm,

With the earth's breath and the earth's beat,

Inhaling up from the earth and exhaling out into the earth,

Ah,

Creating a rhythm with the earth.

Inhale up from the earth,

Exhale down into the earth.

Releasing more and more anything that no longer serves you any heavier discordant energies,

Releasing more and more as you connect with the earth.

Inhale,

Exhaling,

Letting go,

Allowing yourself knowing more and more that relaxation is your choice,

Allowing it to settle and arrive in your mind,

Your heart,

Your body and solar plexus and in your energy field,

Drawing your awareness on the next exhale up from the earth.

Coming back into your body,

Allowing yourself to arrive in your body more and more,

Feeling the rhythm between your mind,

Heart and body and energy bodies,

All in harmony,

All in coherence,

Allowing yourself to settle and call more and more.

As we close this practice,

Breathing,

Feeling your hands on your heart more and more,

Allowing yourself to arrive and integrate these energies,

Feeling your nervous system,

Your mind,

Calming your emotional state,

Clearer,

More and more relaxation in your body,

Allowing yourself to carry these energies with you throughout your day.

Releasing on the final exhale,

Trusting and closing and grounding and knowing that you can take this state with you as you move through your day.
