Maybe move a little bit,
Especially if you've been sitting down,
Take a moment to readjust your posture,
Closing your eyes,
Getting seated in a position that's upright,
Awake and relaxed,
Bringing your hand to your heart,
Bringing both hands if you can to your heart and torso,
Dropping back into the inner landscape,
Allowing yourself with the nostrils to breathe in and out,
Allowing yourself with the diaphragm and the inhale to fill the belly,
On the exhale,
Contract,
Inhale,
Fill,
Exhale,
Contract the belly,
Feel the bottom of your abdomen also dropping,
Pelvic floor,
All that lower region,
Lower back,
Lower abdomen,
Doing your best as you inhale and exhale to drop in,
Out of the mind and into the body,
With every inhale and exhale,
Using your hands to anchor you and your breath to deepen you.
And every inhale and exhale,
Dropping deeper into the torso,
Deeper into the chest region,
Every inhale and exhale,
Arriving more and more,
Dropping deeper and deeper into the field,
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go,
Breathe in and out,
Allow with every breath yourself to naturally go deeper into your inner awareness,
Deeper into the energetic field.
On the next inhale,
Literally start to shrink down as if you're going through a doorway,
Into your heart,
Every inhale and exhale,
Shrinking down,
Going deep into your heart,
As if it's a doorway,
Every breath going through deeper and deeper through this heart gateway,
Going deeper into your inner landscape,
Connecting deeper to your inner field of consciousness,
As if you're in your inner sanctum,
A place that only you have access to,
Which is very true.
As you breathe,
Feel more and more of this inner sanctum of your being at the center of your heart,
Deep in your chest,
Start to connect with your heart.
Now your physical heart,
Your emotional heart,
And your heart intelligence all at the same time.
Don't have to understand what that means.
Literally start off by saying,
Hello,
Heart,
Maybe even rub your chest a bit,
Say hello,
Old friend,
Because for some of us,
It truly is an old friend that we haven't seen in a while,
Or maybe that we don't connect with as often as we would like or think.
Hello,
Heart,
Literally say those words and start to connect consciously.
If you've never done this before,
It may feel weird.
That's okay.
Drop out of your head into your heart,
Deeper into that inner landscape,
Deep into that inner sanctum,
Greeting your heart,
Connecting with your heart intelligence.
Maybe it's already communicating with you.
Maybe there's words,
Maybe there's sensations or pulsations.
Maybe there's energies or colors or sounds.
Whatever is happening,
Saying it's safe.
This is me.
It's okay to feel now.
It's okay to feel now.
Whether it's necessary or not,
Still do it.
Say out loud.
I'm sorry for not being with you as much as I can.

Heart,

Breathing and feeling more and more closeness between your conscious awareness,
Your heart intelligence.
As you start to communicate with your heart,
Ask it,
What is its longings?
What is it longing to share with you?
Breathe and allow some of you.
This may be intense and difficult and that's okay.
Breathe and say,
This is me.
I am safe.
It's okay to feel now breathing,
Noticing the abdomen.
If it's tightened,
Releasing the diaphragm,
Releasing any constriction,
Asking your heart,
What it's longing to share with you.
Whether sorrow or joy,
Whatever guest is arriving,
Welcome.
Ask your heart to share more like you would a long lost lover.
You have to really get close to it.
