After earning her certification in Florence, Italy, in 2010, she developed a unique teaching style that blends vinyasa flow yoga, core-focused Pilates, barre, and restorative movement for all levels. With more than a decade of experience leading classes and international wellness holidays, Shari’s passion is to share the grace, strength and joy yoga has brought into her life.
