Ease Into The Ripeness Of You
This meditation is divinely channeled to help you soften into your own fullness — to relax into the parts of you that are already enough, already ripe, already radiant. Allow your breath to slow as you savor the ease that’s been here all along. This is your invitation to feel the juiciness of being alive — to rest, receive, and simply enjoy the sweetness of you.

Arriving here.
Let yourself settle into the space.
Take a nice deep inhale gently,
Softly in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Slowly tune into the body.
See where we can offer a little more softness,
A little more forgiveness.
And as we inhale and bring that exhale gently out,
Where can we notice in our body where we feel open,
Where we feel free.
And maybe if you're like me,
That's not in a lot of areas in your body.
But there are maybe a few.
For me,
I can feel it.
I had just did some opening for my hip.
So I feel some release on my left side,
Some opening on my left side of that hip and ribs.
And see where maybe you feel a little open.
See where you can focus on the areas that aren't bringing you pain.
And that's going to be challenging,
Right?
Because it's going to want to speak,
The pain is going to want to speak the loudest.
So that's where I'm going to ask you to really push that edge and tune into where you feel at ease.
Let's train our brain to find the more easeful parts.
Speaking of brain,
Relax the head.
Relax the neck.
Release and relax the shoulders.
Remind yourself that there's nothing here you need to carry.
You can just be.
And maybe tune in and listen to any guidance your body is telling you.
Maybe it's asking you to shift a little bit.
And maybe it wants you to lay down.
Maybe a part of your body is asking for a little more attention.
And see how you can offer it just a little bit of nurturance.
Maybe it's just a gentle squeeze with the hand.
Really tune into this moment.
Can you find where your body is in space?
Remember,
If it's uncomfortable,
Don't push too past your edge,
Just enough so to,
To bring in this,
This peaceful moment.
But if you're feeling uncomfortable,
Just ease back.
Release the shame and the judgment.
How can you offer yourself a little more love in this moment?
For being who you are?
And where can you open up a little more?
To release a little more judgment on yourself?
How can we release the brain chatter?
Let's take a big inhale.
As you exhale,
I want you to just slowly rub the sides of your arms,
If that's possible and feels aligned.
And if not,
Just imagine it in your mind's eye.
You're wrapping your arms around you and giving yourself the nurturance that you've always wanted to receive from the mother.
And sometimes Hollywood can construct our hmm,
Appearance of what a mother should be like.
But I'm gonna say,
Try to release that and bring in the nurturance that you need.
What is it that you need?
Do you need to feel seen?
How can you look at yourself right now?
With love?
Do you need to feel heard?
How can you listen to your body right now?
Are there hunger cues?
Is maybe you having a little bit of wrist pain?
Does that wrist need a little bit of extra love?
Whatever it is,
Tune into it.
Offer yourself the love you've been craving to receive.
This may feel harsh for some.
But where can you stop trying to chase something?
Or where can you tune into what you're chasing outwardly?
And ask yourself how you can give it to yourself inwardly.
Which that can be hard,
Can be very hard.
It's not easy.
But if you want to change,
You will need to tune into that.
Tune into how you can stop running.
Slow down your pace.
Let your legs get heavy and stop.
Take a nice look around you.
And appreciate you.
Appreciate your body for how far it's come.
How far it's let you run.
How much it's protected you in each singular moment.
And if you're still hugging yourself,
And even if you're not trying to give yourself a hug right now.
And again,
You can always imagine in your mind's eye,
If it doesn't feel comfortable.
Make sure you're hugging yourself.
Maybe tune in and lean in towards your heart.
And as we settle into this moment and find ourselves softening,
I want for us to imagine a juicy,
What kind of fruit are you?
And if it feels okay to envision,
And maybe it won't.
So you know,
Take what resonates.
But if you could picture someone biting into you and them being excited at the consumption of your taste,
What would you taste like?
For me,
I'm weirdly picturing someone taking a bite out of my right rib cage and tasting this yummy,
Fizzy,
Peach.
I don't know,
I'm seeing pink and it's like peach and like another fruit I'm not really sure of.
And very like sagey and earthy though,
Too.
So it's like this really juicy taste,
Maybe a little bit of tangerine or citrus with peach and a little bit of fizz and a little bit of sage,
Maybe a little bit of green tea.
That is my juicy ripeness today.
So I want you to take a moment and continue with the breath.
Remember,
The breath is here to anchor you down.
If you feel like you're dying,
Or it's becoming too overwhelming,
Or I can't imagine this,
Just come back to the breath.
Just let it go and come back to the breath.
We are just pretending to be children,
Letting our inner child come out and tell us what kind of fruit they want to be.
You know,
If you have children or nieces or nephews,
Grandchildren,
You know,
Maybe tune into what they might say,
If you were asking them these questions.
Sometimes I find it's easier to picture my niece and the conversations I'll have with her and then suddenly it's easy to imagine myself,
Right?
Like,
It becomes very easy to imagine our inner child so quickly like that.
So I offer that as hopefully a way to ease your mind and tune in in a different way.
Sometimes if you're dealing with perfectionism,
It can feel a little hard to let yourself go and let yourself experiment because it can feel unsafe.
So I want to just offer that safety for you now.
Nice,
Sweet safety.
And we'll stay here for just a little longer.
Continue with the breath.
And if it helps,
Make sure to take deeper exhales than you do inhales.
You take too long of an inhale,
It can create more of an overwhelm effect.
But if you take a shorter inhale and a longer exhale,
We're letting our body know it's okay.
We're sending new signals to our brain that the time and space we are in is we're safe and we are okay.
And as you're imagining yourself as this ripe juiciness,
I want to ask you how you can bring this awareness,
This ripeness into your daily life.
What feels exciting like that for you?
What feels exciting and juicy and ready for action in your life?
Alternately,
What doesn't feel like it's ripe yet?
Maybe sway your body left and right,
Just to let your body know you're still here.
Maybe give yourself a hug if that feels aligned or doable.
And if you're sitting up straight,
Or if you're sitting up,
How can you sit up straighter?
Then just like that,
How can you laugh at your imperfections,
Your mistakes?
Where can you laugh at yourself a little bit?
Where can you offer yourself that relaxation in your body and in your mind and in your spirit?
Keep coming to the breath.
Just sending in these light codes,
These deep light codes.
And if you feel aligned to receive them,
Please do.
These light codes are coming in to assist and clear out any heavy energetic debris that's kind of clinging to you and making you feel more more sad and overwhelmed and darker than you need to.
Letting in those light codes to help release that.
And the spirit asks,
How may you tune in and go with the flow more?
Especially while we're on the ripeness,
Right?
The fruit just goes with the flow.
It knows when it's ripe,
And when it's done being ripe,
It rots.
It's got its cycle.
And so how can you honor that flow and cycle for yourself in all areas of your life?
Keep tuning into that now.
Let it feel like rain.
Putting it down into the earth to be recycled for its highest good.
Release.
Feel the earth rise to meet you now.
Feel how an umbilical cord is coming up to meet you.
It's meaning to connect you right at the base of the tailbone.
And in it you're feeling like earth is feeding you.
It's feeding you every single bit of nurturance and needs that you're needing met.
Similar to a mother feeding her baby in the womb.
This is what you're experiencing now.
So allow yourself to receive it so you can fully get the benefits.
Feel how earth is anchoring you down in a very nurturing way.
See how you can tune in.
What are the smells?
What's the temperature?
Do you feel it on your skin?
Do you feel that boundary that your skin creates for you that you control?
So you can let in as much and as little as you want.
Just remind yourself of how powerful you are.
As you feel your chest rising a little higher to the sky,
Bring a smile to your lips and your face.
Feel how this peace and this happiness is soaking into your skin.
Earth is feeding you.
Make sure you place your hands on the heart and thank yourself and earth for giving you so much nurturance.
Really bring in that gratitude for how deep the earth cares about you.
And how in times where it feels really dark and tough and it feels like no one's there caring about you,
You can always,
Excuse me,
You can always tune into this and feel that.
Feel how you're nurtured and cared for.
Feel that umbilical cord rise up to meet you.
And even if you've always felt alone in a deep ache of loneliness,
Let this really surround you now.
Really feel me upon that presence as well and feel me giving you a deep hug.
Feel yourself rising to meet you now,
Hugging your heart inside you.
And again,
Bring that smile to the face.
Feel how loving this can feel,
Just taking a few moments for ourselves.
And thank yourself for showing up here and giving yourself the ripeness of you.
And thank you for letting us,
The world,
Have the ripeness of you.
Thank you for all that you've done so far,
All that you've given.
May you feel that mirrored back to you right now.
May you feel how Earth is so grateful for your actions,
Even though maybe other people are not.
Feel how you don't need their recognition to feel like you did something good.
And that you don't need their validation to know that you're a good,
Kind person.
And I know that you know that deep down,
Whatever scars you may be carrying,
May you bring your hands gently to wherever those scars you're feeling on your body.
May you thank it for protecting you.
May you thank it for being such amazing armor.
And how amazing our bodies have been to only want to help us,
Even when we shame it and judge it a lot.
May with a few more breaths,
You release that negativity you hold towards yourself.
Let it go.
It no longer serves you.
What serves you and your purpose and the greater good is just you being here loving yourself,
Nothing more.
Just you holding yourself in this moment.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
And you're worthy to receive this love.
You're worthy to receive Earth's care.
You're worthy to receive my care,
Your care.
And maybe anyone else's care that you need to tune into and find who is safe enough to do that with.
Induce time.
Anchor into this moment.
Feel how good your body feels in this moment.
How grounded and strong it feels.
How it feels like it can almost keep carrying you for a whole nother millennia,
Generation,
Whole nother time zone.
And now I ask to tune in one more time to those easeful parts of the body.
And again,
Tune into the breath while you do so.
Big inhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Feel how the jaw is softening and the stress is leaving the body.
Keep tuning in to all the soft parts of the body.
Maybe there's more now and maybe there's less and that's okay.
Because that just means your body was trying to protect you while you were meditating.
And so we can sit here and thank you for that.
Thank you.
Thank you,
Body,
For protecting me.
But I'd like to soften now.
I'd like to just let go a little bit so you could feel a little more ease and we can feel a little more mind-body connection.
Thank you,
Body,
For easing a little bit.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And if you still have your hands on your heart or if you would like to,
Let's come back to that nice embrace,
That nice hug.
And just slowly and gently come out of this beautiful cocoon we've been holding.
Just slowly flutter the eyes.
Coming back into the space around you.
Maybe tuning back into how your body is arriving here in the space.
Maybe focusing on anything in front of you nice and gently and welcoming in anything that the world is greeting you back to.
What is your space greeting and saying back to you?
Right now I'm staring at my candle on my altar and it's just it feels very welcoming,
Very feels like I just got welcomed back into my space and it was like a very nice welcome home.
Look at the space you created.
So thank you.
Thank you.
