She was first introduced to yoga at the age of 20, and that experience had a tremendous and transformative impact on her. Over the past 10 years, she has been dedicated to both practicing and teaching yoga, completing numerous trainings in yoga, meditations, breath work, sound healing and holistic wellness. She teaches group classes, private classes, workshops, retreats, combining mindful movement, breath work, meditation and sound therapy to support strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace. Her goal is to create a safe welcoming space where students of all levels can explore their potentials, connect with themselves, and experience yoga as a lifelong path of self-discovery and transformation.
