You'll take a dive in its beautiful waters and wash away your worries, fear, sadness and frustration. You'll finish by planting seeds of positivity in your mind, so that love, creativity and relaxation can grow in your life. It's suitable for young people aged 10 to 13 and it's designed to help process strong emotions and return to a sense of balance, calm and joy. Music by Null

Transcript

Today I'm going to take you to that place inside of you where you feel calm,

Kind,

Happy and relaxed.

In this place you can grow beautiful positive things in your life.

To get there,

Start by closing your eyes.

Relax your body.

And now imagine that you're in the most beautiful garden you've ever seen.

It's a beautiful warm sunny day.

The grass has been freshly cut and it feels nice and soft under your feet.

You can feel the warmth of the sun on your face and there's a gentle breeze that brushes past your skin.

All around you there are luscious beautiful trees and plants.

There are beautiful flowers and shrubs of all sorts of shapes and sizes.

The air is pure and smells like summer.

And now breathe in all that fresh summery air.

Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And one more time,

This time a little slower.

Slow deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Deep breath in through your nose.

Now look around you and begin to see all the beautiful birds and insects in this garden.

Bees are buzzing around kissing every flower.

Colorful butterflies flutter past you and birds sing the most beautiful songs.

It's so beautiful and relaxing here.

Everything is so peaceful and you feel your body relaxing even more.

Feel the sensations on your face and relax it.

Feel the sensations on your neck and relax it.

Drop your shoulders.

Feel the sensations around your chest and your back and relax.

Relax your belly.

Relax your legs.

And rest here for a moment in this luscious garden.

Now in front of you,

You notice that there's a track that takes you deeper into this garden and you head into the trees and now find yourself walking next to a beautiful stream with clear fresh water where you can see fish swimming past.

The trees are getting taller and the sun is shining through them forming clusters of light.

As you continue to walk,

You hear the sound of the water getting louder and louder and you notice it's running faster through the stream.

Keep walking and suddenly you see a beautiful waterfall.

The water is flowing through the rocks and at the bottom it forms a fresh water pool.

You can't wait to get in.

Now take a dive into this beautiful natural pool and take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

You feel so relaxed in the water.

It's so refreshing and fun.

Feel it all through your body.

Enjoy the water.

It's cleansing you and taking all the heaviness away.

Now pay attention to your body and notice where you might be feeling worried.

Let the feeling come up.

Feel it and now release it.

Let the water wash all over you and take all the worries away from you and watch them go down the stream.

Now notice in your body where you might be feeling tired.

Let it come up.

Feel it and now release it and let the water take all the tiredness away from you and watch it go down the stream.

Now notice in your body where you might feel frustration.

Let it come up.

Feel it and now release it.

Let the water wash all over you and take all the frustration away and now watch it go down the stream.

Now notice in your body where you might feel sadness.

Let it come up.

Feel it and release it.

Let the water take all the sadness from you and watch it go down the stream.

And now notice in your body where you might feel fear.

Let it come up.

Feel it and release it.

Let the water take all that fear away from you and watch it go down the stream.

Keep enjoying the water.

It's taking all these things away from you.

It's cleansing you.

You feel so good.

So much lighter.

Enjoy this feeling.

Now come back out of the water.

Dry yourself and head back down the path past the trees,

Past the stream.

And now you're back in that beautiful garden where you're going to plant some special seeds of what you want to grow more of in your life.

To do this,

Pay attention to your beautiful heart.

Feel the energy beaming out of your heart.

And now feel the love in your heart.

And grab a seed of love and plant it in the garden.

And now feel the fun you have when you do something you enjoy.

Grab a seed of fun and joy and plant it in the garden.

Now feel how much you enjoy kind friendships.

Grab a seed of friendship and plant it in the garden.

And now feel relaxed and peaceful.

And grab a seed of calm and plant it in the garden.

Now let the light in your heart shine over the seeds you've just planted.

And now put your hand on your heart and say,

I am smart.

Now say,

I am strong.

And now say,

Life goes well for me.

And now say,

I am loved.

And now say,

I am good enough just as I am.

Because you really are.

Now take a big stretch with your arms.

Open your eyes and get ready for an awesome day.
