I'm so glad you're here.

Affirmations are a beautiful way to remind yourself of the truth that you are worthy,

Loved and more powerful than you realize.

When you speak them while looking into your own eyes,

They become even stronger.

A mirror gives you the chance to not just say the words,

But to see yourself receiving them,

To anchor these truths deep within your heart and mind.

So if it's safe and comfortable right now,

Take a moment to stand or sit in front of a mirror.

Look at yourself,

Really see yourself.

And if you can,

Let a gentle smile appear.

By being here,

You're already showing yourself care and love.

That's something to honor.

In a moment,

I'll guide you through a series of affirmations.

After each one,

I'll leave space for you to repeat it aloud to yourself.
