Hello and welcome to meditation today.

Today our theme will be speaking and healing and understanding our parts of anxiety.

I hope you enjoy.

So I'll get you just to lie down or sit down somewhere comfortable.

You can have some blankies,

Some pillows,

You can be sitting in the sun or in the dark.

Just give you a moment to get comfortable so we can start your meditation.

Once you're comfortable I'll get you to slowly close your eyes.

I want you to take two deep breaths.

So one through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

I want you to imagine you getting up from the spot you are now and I want you to walk towards the door of the room that you become,

That you were in at the moment.

And as you go through the door you step out into a darkness,

Just a vast darkness.

I want you to close the door behind you.

I want you to look in front of you and as you're walking I want you to see a path of light starting to appear in front of you.

It's so bright,

It's golden,

It feels safe,

It feels soft,

It feels like love.

I want you to keep walking on this path in front of you.

As you're walking I want you to imagine or see the light from the path going through your feet,

Up through your legs,

Through your hips,

Through your torso,

Through your arms and legs,

Through your neck and head,

Out of your head,

Above you.

As you see above you keep going like a pill of light,

It joins a big bright star.

This is your higher self,

Your spirit.

Now I want you to imagine the light from that star coming down back through the pill of light,

Through your head and around your body like a shower,

All the way down your neck,

Your shoulders,

Through your arms,

Through your torso,

Through your hips,

Through your legs,

All the way down through your feet.

I want you to imagine roots coming out from your feet going into the earth.

They can look any way they like,

Thick,

Long,

Small,

Millions of little sticks,

Thick,

All the way down through to the earth's core.

And then I want you to see the light coming back up from the earth's core,

Through the roots,

Back through your feet,

Through your body,

Through your legs,

Through your hips,

Through your torso,

Your arms and shoulders,

Through your neck,

Through your head,

Back through the pill of light connecting to the star.

I want you to feel that light,

The grounding,

Solid and safe.

Now in front of you,

You see a light that's like an arch,

Can look any way you like,

It could be a square,

It could be round,

It can be oval,

It can have spikes,

It could be full of flowers,

It could be on fire,

It could be any arch that you like.

And in this arch it's just full of light.

We should hop into this light and as you hop in,

We should imagine the light picking you up like a feather and pulling you around,

Down the light,

Like a stream of water down a river.

And you're floating and flying just like a cloud.

I want you to feel that light all around you and in you,

Feel the warmth,

The hugs,

The safety,

The love.

Fly like Superman,

Lie down like on a cloud.

Now the light is gently putting you back down on the ground at the end of the tunnel and in front of you,

You see this beautiful forest.

This forest can be any way you look like.

I want you to start walking in and I want you to touch and feel and smell the grass under your feet,

The flowers,

The trees in the wind,

The sun on your face.

If it's dark at night,

I want you to see the stars in the sky,

The full moon shining on your face.

If there's animals,

I want you to see them flocking around,

Eating,

They may come up to you,

You can pat them,

You can hug them,

You can talk to them if you like.

I'll give you a moment to just take in this beautiful magical rainforest.

Now in front of you,

You see this beautiful big oak tree.

It is massive,

It's big,

It's like a big umbrella.

You go under the tree,

Under the shade and I want you to give the tree a big hug,

Big,

Big hug.

I want you to feel the tree hugging you like it's got arms,

Squishing you hard like it's your grandma or grandpa.

I want you to put the ear against the tree and hear its messages,

That it loves you,

That it misses you,

And any messages it may tell you.

Next to the tree,

I want you to see there's a rock or a bench,

Just somewhere you can sit underneath the tree,

Underneath the fresh,

Beautiful leaves and feeling the wind.

Make a seat,

I want you to get comfortable.

You may be lying on the rock or the seat,

You might be just sitting on it,

You might sit on the ground.

Next to the tree,

I want you to get comfortable and just breathe in and out and just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

You can chat to the tree if you like.

As you're there getting comfortable,

Talking to the tree,

Feeling the atmosphere.

From the distance you see this beam of light coming towards you.

It doesn't scare you,

Doesn't bother you,

You're just watching it come closer and closer and closer.

It gets bigger and bigger,

You see it come completely up to you and it asks may I sit next to you?

You said yes,

Let them to sit down beside you and you ask who are you?

This beam of light tells you I'm your anxiety,

I'm here to chat to you,

I'm here to give you peace,

I'm here to help you heal.

I want you to give anxiety a big hug,

It feels welcoming,

It feels like light and love.

I'm going to leave you with anxiety for a little while and I want you to sit there and I want you to ask every question that you want to ask.

Ask them anything you like and sit there and listen to your anxiety and messages.

You can ask anxiety what it needs,

You can ask anxiety what you can do to help it,

You can ask anxiety anything you like,

You can ask how to get rid of it,

You can ask how can I be of service for you,

You can ask why is it part of your life.

If you do feel a bit overwhelmed,

Just remember you're in the forest,

You can always go over and hug the tree,

You can always walk in the grass with your feet.

But I want you to stay there and really speak and feel your anxiety.

I want you to finalize what you're talking about with your anxiety and I want you to take in everything you've been told and I want you to visualize it in your hands like a ball of light and I want you to imagine everything that anxiety told you,

That ball of light,

Which you put it into your heart space and that anxiety know that you would treasure all the messages and what you need to do and how to do.

I want you to give anxiety a beautiful hug and say thank you,

Thank you for being part of my journey,

Thank you for teaching me,

Thank you for being my teacher,

Thank you for protecting me.

Then you'll see anxiety get up and slowly walk away to the far distance and eventually you'll see the light just disappear.

I want you to take a moment to go over to the tree and give it a hug,

Just feel the hug back from the tree.

I want you just to walk around a little bit in the grass,

Feel it grounding.

I want you to give the tree one last hug and say thank you for protecting you and keeping you grounded and the tree will tell you that you're always there,

That the tree is always there,

The rainforest is always there for you to come and relax and be with yourself and to talk to any aspect of your life if need be in a safe and loving environment.

Now I want you to walk away from the tree back into the forest,

You can do a last feel,

Smell,

Touch,

Feel the grass under your feet,

Smell the beautiful roses,

Feel the sun or moon in your face,

The gentle breeze in your hair and as you're walking you're walking towards the golden light arch and the light that's within the arch,

The tunnel of light.

I want you to step into the tunnel of light and allow the light to lift you back up,

Floating like on a cloud or going down a stream,

River and just feel that light going through you,

Getting rid of anything that may have came up during the conversation with your anxiety,

To leave it all behind into the forest,

Feel the light cleansing your aura,

Your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

See yourself flying and floating,

Absorbing the beautiful love,

Warmth and care.

Now I want you to see the light gently putting you back onto the ground at the end of the other side of the tunnel and your beautiful golden arch.

In front of you see that path,

The golden path in the vast darkness.

I want you to start walking down that path and as you're walking I want you to see that bright star above you,

Shining really bright over you.

I want you to see that light going down the light of pillar all the way over around your body and through your body,

Down through your head,

Through your neck,

Your arms,

Your torso,

Your hips and your legs,

Through to your feet,

Through the roots all the way down,

Down,

Down to mother earth.

Then I want you to see that light coming back up from mother earth through your roots,

Through your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your torso,

Your arms,

Shoulders and neck,

Through to your head,

Back up to the light of pillar and back to the star.

In front of you is your door of the room that you are in now.

I'd like you to open the door,

Walk through,

Close behind you and start walking back to your body.

I want you to take two deep breaths,

One through the nose and out through the mouth,

Through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

I want you to slowly move your toes,

Your fingers,

Up to your knees,

Your elbows,

Your shoulders,

Your hips and eventually slowly open your eyes.

You may write down in a journal what you experienced in your messages or you can just give yourself a few minutes before you go back to your daily life.
