Good morning,
Souls family.
Hope you're doing well.
We're here today to do a beautiful healing.
And today we're going to be doing a healing on meeting our heart.
That's going to be interesting.
I feel like our heart needs to talk to us and give us a bit of a message and a bit of a healing.
I do believe that we've kind of feel a bit detached from our heart.
I certainly do.
So yeah,
I hope this healing,
This meditation will be able to help us reconnect where it matters and it's love and it's in our heart.
Okay,
So I just want you to get comfortable.
You can be sitting up.
Lying down.
Whatever makes you comfortable.
Then I'd like you to take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth one more time in out.
So I want you to imagine yourself walking towards your front door and opening the door.
And seeing in front of you your magical forest.
You walk through this door,
Close the door behind you.
You walk through this beautiful magical forest.
Maybe any way that you like.
This is your forest that we do come to heal often.
To make it as comfortable as you like.
Right,
Dark,
Lights,
Trees,
Butterflies,
Birds,
Even just soft grass under your feet.
Take a moment to look around.
Breathing the beautiful first smells of flowers.
The spring air.
In front of you,
You see this beautiful tree.
It could be any tree you like.
Oak tree,
Gum tree,
Apple tree,
Any tree that you like.
You walk towards this tree and just give it a big big hug.
And you can feel the hug just give the trick giving your hug back.
It's soft.
It's loving.
And it's safe.
You take a seat at the bottom of this tree.
The grass is soft.
And the tree feels comfortable.
You just take a few breaths and look around.
You feel the sun on your face or the shade of the tree.
Just say a few grateful things that you are.
With yourself,
Your life,
In this moment.
Thank you.
You get up from the tree and you start walking around towards the stream.
The water just sounds so soothing,
Rippling down over rocks,
Leaves and branches,
Bushes,
Grass.
You take some breaths in and smell the fresh air,
The smell of fresh water.
It's up to you if you want to walk in the stream or just beside the stream.
You're just so grateful for just having this moment to just be with yourself.
I want you to take a few deep breaths through your heart.
So you breathe in white light into your heart.
And you breathe out white light.
That carries away.
All the stress,
All the worries,
All the heaviness.
So breathing in the light in your heart.
And breathe out light from your heart.
That carries what does not serve you right now.
You feel so relaxed right now.
You're so happy.
You're smiling.
Your skin is glowing.
If you're walking in the water beside the stream,
It just feels soft and nice and refreshing.
You see a big rock and you decide to take a seat.
You smell the flowers next to you or the grass.
At a distance,
You see this bright light coming towards you.
It's getting bigger and bigger.
You feel open.
You feel like it's safe.
It's taking away any fears that you may have.
You feel it just evaporating as this white light gets closer and closer to you.
It's now in front of you like a glowing light.
It tells you it's your heart.
You may feel confronted by seeing this light,
Even though you know it's safe.
You know it's protecting you.
But there may be some anxiety.
There may be some fear.
Not because it's your heart,
But just because you haven't been attached to or connected to your heart for a long time.
You may feel not worthy of your heart.
You feel afraid of what your heart is going to tell you.
Your heart will sit down on a rock right next to you.
And it's radiating love and light all around you.
It is okay.
You may feel whatever you may feel towards me.
You feel a bit more calmer and more grounded.
I will leave you now to have a conversation to connect with your heart and hear the messages.

You just take a few breaths or just a few moments just to ground yourself in the grass.
You get up and you start walking in the grass or back in the water of the stream.
Towards the tree,
Apple tree,
Whatever tree that you have that you in your forest.
Give it a big hug.

Every time I come to this magic forest.
This tree will always be your safe haven.
Open your front door.
Walk through to your house.
Close the door behind you.
And start walking towards your body.
You just lay back in your body.
Start moving your toes and fingers.
Your wrists and your feet.
Because your arms,
Your legs.
Move your back,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head.
Take big stretch.
Excite.
Take a breath.
Slowly open your eyes.
Beautiful,

Amazing.
That was so amazing.
And there was a few messages of thinking there as well about protecting yourself if you feel like you need some love and protection.
I do that every day before I leave my house.
Always white lights and protection.
Imagine myself in an egg of light.
And you can do as many times you need if you feel like you need to do it 10 times a day.
It's up to you once a day.
Up to you.
And to breathe in and tap into our heart when we're feeling lost or in the dark.
