Hello and welcome.
Today's meditation and healing is about melting away the fear around overthinking.
Overthinking can cause the body to go into a place of reaction,
Fear,
Anxiety or stress.
When we give into our ego and become still and present,
We can easily release any fear or overthinking and invite calmness into our being.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable space either sitting or lying down where you will not be interrupted for at least 15 minutes.
This time is for you.
Throughout this process I'm going to be asking for consent to enter different areas of your body.
Everything is with consent.
So if you don't consent or you don't want me to enter your field then that's fine.
The energy will simply go around you.
This is your body,
Your life and you get to choose if you want these changes or not.
Okay so asking consent to enter your energy field and to take you on this guided journey.
So just nod your head or say yes out loud.
Gently close down your eyes and take a slow deep breath in.
That's it.
All the way in.
Fill up your lungs and as you exhale allow the weight of the day to melt away.
Good.
Take another deep breath in.
That's it.
Filling your lungs completely and exhale out sinking deeper into the present moment.
One more deep breath in.
All the way in and then all the way out letting go and simply being present and still.
Feel your body softening,
Your mind quietening,
Your heart opening.
Bring awareness to your body.
Feel the ground beneath you supporting you.
Notice the weight of your body against the surface you're on and imagine your energy flowing down into the earth rooting you deeply into the present moment.
With each breath I want you to feel more grounded,
More anchored.
Good.
That's it.
And as you breathe notice any areas of tension in your body.
Maybe in your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your stomach.
Just simply acknowledge them without any judgment.
Just notice that they're there.
These are simply your body's responses to overthinking.
The stress that it produces and that's okay.
There's nothing wrong with that and there's nothing to fix.
Simply breathe and release.
Breathe and release.
Now bring your attention to your thoughts.
You may notice your mind racing,
Your thoughts spinning and that's okay too.
Overthinking is simply a way your mind tries to protect you.
It's not a reflection of who you are.
It's just a reaction.
Take a moment to acknowledge these thoughts and feelings without judgment.
That's it.
And say to yourself it's okay.
This is part of the human design.
I am safe.
This is normal.
Good.
Take a nice big deep breath in.
I want you to come and center yourself in front of the wall around your heart.
And I want you to simply open the door and walk through into the beautiful emerald green garden.
You know the way you've been here before.
I want you to see you're in a child waiting for you.
She runs over to you and hugs you.
She welcomes you back and says oh she says I can feel that you you're a little overwhelmed at present she says.
Like you're second guessing yourself and doubting yourself.
And she gives you another big hug and says that's okay.
She said let's let's get you relaxed.
She leads you over to the vibrant aqua blue stream and motions for you to sit and put your feet in.
You put your feet into the cool calming aqua blue water and as you breathe in I want you to imagine that you're breathing in calm and a healing gold energy.
That's it.
And with each exhale I want you to release the tension and fear from your body.
Let it simply just melt away.
Just drop away from you.
Inhale deeply.
Hold it for a moment and then exhale fully.
Feeling your body drop.
And with each exhale I want you to release all the thoughts,
The worries,
The uncertainty.
Let them dissolve with each breath.
Good.
And as you keep breathing deeply I want you to notice that the fear starts to melt away bit by bit leaving only the space for clarity to emerge.
As you continue to sit here with your feet in the cool calming water,
You notice your body feeling more and more relaxed.
You notice a warm golden light shining down from above your head.
It feels so nurturing.
This light represents peace,
Clarity and understanding.
As you inhale imagine this light slowly descending washing over your body as it touches the top of your head.
Feel it soothe your mind quietening down the noise of overthinking.
Let it wash down.
That's it.
Let the light flow down to your forehead,
Your eyes and relaxing them as it hits onto your eyes.
Allow the light to flow down your face through your throat and into your heart bringing softness and ease.
Good.
As this golden light fills your entire being feel any tension,
Fear or anxiety just simply melt away.
That's it.
The fear is simply dissolving in the light leaving clarity in its place.
Repeat to yourself either out loud or silently I am safe to release my thoughts.
It's okay to let go of the need to control.
Breathe out.
I trust the process of life and allow clarity to flow with ease.
That's it.
Bring in I am worthy of peace and calm.
That's it and with each breath I create space for clarity and understanding.
Good.
As you take a few more deep breaths know that this calm,
This clarity and this peace are available to you at any moment,
Any time.
The fear of overthinking is simply a passing moment and you have the power to release it whenever you choose.
That's it.
Good.
Good.
Now that you feel lovely and calm and relaxed and the overwhelm is gone I want you to thank your inner being for helping you to release this overthinking,
This self-doubt,
The questioning.
Thank her for reminding you that you are perfect just the way you are and everything is as it should be.
I want you to give her a hug and tell her that you will see her next time when you return and it was so lovely to sit with her today.
Good.
Let's bring your awareness back to your breath.
Nice big deep breaths in and out.
That's it.
I want you to leave the garden through the door that you came in.
That's it and return back into your presence and into your mind.
Centering yourself in your body in the present moment.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you're ready I want you to open your eyes and know that you can take this calm and clarity and openness with you into the rest of your day.
Good.
Well done.
