Allow yourself to simply be present in this moment.
This space is for spiritual women seeking gentle healing through guided meditations and affirmations.
This morning we create space.
Space for clarity,
Space for confidence,
Space to simply be.
When you're ready,
Slowly close your eyes.
Place your hands gently on your knees with your palms facing upward or rest them in your lap,
Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Take a slow deep breath in and gently release through your mouth or nose,
Again,
Whichever is most comfortable for you.
Again,
Inhale calm and exhale any heaviness.
Let your shoulders soften.
Relax your face.
Unclench your jaw.
Allow your body to settle.
There is nothing you need to figure out right now.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice a gentle rise and fall.
If thoughts appear,
Let them pass like clouds drifting across the sky.
You do not need to hold on to them.
You do not need to solve them.
Just observe and return.
With each exhale,
Imagine your mind becoming lighter.
Suddenly repeat to yourself or out loud,
My mind is becoming clear.
I release mental clutter.
I allow space for new thoughts.
Clarity flows to me naturally.
I trust my inner guidance.
My thoughts are calm and supportive.
I am present in this moment.
Now gently shift your awareness to your heart.
A steady confidence that does not rush,
Does not force,
But simply exists.
You do not need to become someone new.
I trust myself.
I trust myself.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and gently release.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Stay shining.
You are loved.
