This was such an enjoyable, healing, soothing practice. It was just what I needed after a restless sleep, a great way to help you feel grounded and safe in the morning, allowing me to move through my day feeling safe and secure. the only note that I have was the music was a bit loud, it would be nice to have soft music to hear you better.
