Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Today we gently connect with the younger part of you,
Your inner child.
The part of you that has always deserved love.
The part of you that is ready to feel safe again.
When you're ready,
Softly close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in and gently release.
Again,
Inhale calm and exhale any tension you may be holding.
Let your shoulders soften.
Relax your face.
Allow your body to feel supported.
There is nothing you need to force in this moment.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Gently imagine a younger version of yourself standing before you.
There is no need to see every detail.
Just sense their presence.
Notice how they feel.
There is no judgment here,
Only awareness.
Now imagine offering them a soft,
Loving presence.
You are not here to fix them,
You are here to be with them.
Let them know they are safe with you now.
Gently repeat to yourself or aloud.
I am here for you.
You are safe with me.
Your feelings are valid.
I am learning to care for you.
You deserve love.
Now gently bring to mind anything your inner child may still be holding.
Pain,
Confusion,
Moments where they felt unseen or unsupported.
There is no need to relive it,
Just acknowledge that it exists.
Now softly begin to introduce forgiveness.
Not forced,
Not rushed,
Just a gentle willingness.
Gently repeat to yourself or aloud.
I am open to healing.
I release what no longer serves me.
I choose to let go little by little.
I forgive with compassion.
I am free to move forward.
Return your attention to your inner child.
Let them feel your presence again.
You may imagine holding their hand or hugging them gently.
You are safe now.
You are deeply loved.
Let that connection soften something within you.
Now gently imagine your inner child becoming surrounded by a soft,
Warm light.
This light is love.
This light is protection.
This light is healing.
Allow that light to expand,
Filling your entire body.
You and your inner child are no longer separate.
You are one.
I am learning to love myself deeply.
I move forward with compassion.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and gently release.
When you feel ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Stay shining.
You are loved.
