This 20-minute meditation holds space for your broken heart, guiding you through grief with compassion and wisdom. Heartbreak is one of the most painful human experiences, and this meditation doesn't rush you through it or tell you to 'get over it.' Instead, I guide you to feel your grief, honor what you've lost, and begin the gentle process of healing. We work with breath, visualization, and self-compassion. I help you create space in your chest where the pain lives, breathe into it, and begin to soften the sharp edges of grief. This meditation acknowledges that healing isn't linear. You'll have good days and hard days. But each time you sit with your heart with compassion, you're healing. Safe for fresh heartbreak or old wounds that still ache. Find a private space. Bring tissues. You're allowed to cry. Your heart is mending.
