Hello and welcome.

My name is Satine Starr,

And this is your midday reset for that energy boost.

It's the middle of the day,

You're tired,

Probably scattered,

Running on fumes.

This meditation will reset your energy without caffeine.

So let's get started.

Stand up,

Stretch your arms up above your head,

And give yourself time to really feel that stretch.

Feel your muscles in your arms,

Untangling,

Feel the stiffness releasing,

And your arms waking up.

Now,

We're going to move this down into our body.

So let's shake out our arms,

Roll your shoulders,

And gently roll your neck from side to side.

Now,

We're going to move into breathing,

And what I want you to do is for the next three breaths,

Inhale as deep as you can,

And when it comes to exhaling,

We're going to forcefully blow the air out as if we're blowing out a full cake of candles.

All right,

Let's inhale,

Hold for a four count,

And release.

Let's do that again.

With me,

Deep into your belly,

Hold,

And exhale,

Forcefully blowing those candles out.

One more time,

Big deep breath,

Hold,

And release.

All right,

Now let's get that blood pumping and moving throughout our entire body by jumping up and down a few times if it's possible for you to do so.

We really want to encourage that blood flow to move up and down throughout the body.

Now,

I want you to close your eyes and imagine a silver sparkling energy light pouring down from above you.

Imagine this light entering through the top of your head,

And it's filling your brain with clarity and peace.

This energy is flowing down through your mind,

Into your chest,

And expanding throughout your entire body,

Moving into your arms,

Down into your core,

Down into your legs,

And fully energizing your entire body.

I want you to really connect with that energy now.

It's vibrant,

It's alive,

And it's ready to tackle the rest of the day.

Now,

Let's set an intention for the rest of today to help our body understand and connect with what we needed to do.

If you'd like to,

You can repeat this out loud or in your head.

The afternoon is productive and easy.

I complete what matters most.

I have the energy that I need.

And I finish strong.

Now,

Go ahead and take your final deep breath.

Stretch out your body one more time.

Raise your hands up above your head.

Feel that deep stretch,

And go out and crush the rest of your day.
