Sat Nam, my dear friends, I hope you are being gentle with yourself. It's always a pleasure to share the wonders of meditation and self-care. Meditation is a powerful tool that comes in many forms, so there's something for everyone. In this nervous system reboot meditation, we harness the power of Delta waves to guide us into a deep state of calmness while remaining fully conscious and aware. Please note that binaural beats require the use of headphones to be effective. However, you can still benefit from this recording without headphones and experience deep relaxation. For safety, please do not listen to this recording while operating machinery or driving.

Sat Naam,

Welcome to the short nervous system reboot.

Get really comfortable in a chair,

Lying down,

On the ground,

On the sofa,

In the office,

Wherever you are.

Get really comfortable.

Softly close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Breathing through your nose if it's possible.

Your full awareness is on your breath.

Whenever your mind wanders,

Come back to your breath.

Breathing into your navel,

As you inhale,

Pushing your navel outwardly,

Making space for your lungs to expand.

And as you exhale,

Pulling your navel inwardly,

Compressing your lungs,

Squeezing out as much air as possible.

Continuing to breathe into your navel,

I invite you to hum with each exhale,

A gentle soft rumble.

This gentle hum helps activate our vagus nerve,

Supporting our transition into a state of calmness,

Clarity.

At the top of your next inhale,

Surrender all of your efforts completely,

Leaving the breath behind,

Leaving the hum behind,

Just simply being.

A moment just for you.

Bringing your palms together,

Rub your hands,

Build some heat,

Some friction.

Place your hands in front of your face.

Feel that warmth,

That energy radiate.

Gently start to open your eyes,

Taking a moment to get used to the light once again.

Gently sinking your hands into a prayer posture,
