Welcome to this short meditation.
Find a comfortable space.
You may choose to lie flat on your back,
Sit on the floor with a cushion,
Or sit in a seat.
Whatever feels best for you.
Take a few moments to get comfortable in any position you choose.
Place one hand in the centre of the chest and one hand on your belly.
Softly close your eyes.
Feel your breath.
Sense your breath.
Observe your breath.
Trying not to change the rhythm or the flow.
You're just observing,
Looking in.
We're now going to add a mantra.
As we inhale,
We will recite internally,
I am enough.
As we exhale,
I am love.
As we inhale,
I am enough.
As we exhale,
I am love.
If your mind wanders or you get distracted,
Whenever you notice,
Just come back to your breath.
Come back to the mantra.
