Hello and welcome to this guided visualization that sits alongside my How to Transform Manifest Your Ideal Life course.
It can of course be naturally listened to on its own,
However when worked in conjunction with the course the results are naturally amplified.
It's also worth noting too that every time that you listen to this visualization the outcome will differ slightly too.
Please do bookmark it or add it to your playlist for easy reference so that you can indeed listen to it time and time again.
Okay let's get started as it's now time to give yourself permission to take a few minutes out of your day to focus on yourself and the life you'd ideally like to be living with this Dream Life guided visualization.
Make sure that you have your notebook and a pen to hand to make notes immediately afterwards whilst any aha moments and or discoveries are still in your mind.
Okay make yourself comfortable,
Ideally sitting upright in a comfy chair away from any distractions or potential interruptions,
Ensuring your mobile device is unable to receive incoming calls or alerts of any sort.
During this visualization I will spend a few minutes guiding you into the meditation and then we will spend our time together in silence for around five minutes whilst the music plays gently in the background.
Giving you time to experience what your ideal life looks like,
Feels like and sounds like.
So close your eyes and take a long slow deep breath in through your nose to the count of four and feel the air fill up your lungs.
Hold for a couple of seconds and then release and breathe slowly out to the count of four.
Keep breathing like this a couple of times to bring yourself to a point of rest and relaxation.
Breathing deeply in two three four and hold and out two three four and hold.
Feel your feet planted on the ground and imagine that you have roots growing out from them and that those roots are going through the floor working their way through the rocks and soil to the centre of the earth and wrapping themselves round a glowing crystal securing you firmly to the ground.
Imagine now a golden shaft of sunlight coming down around you from above wrapping you up safely in its glow and warmth.
Feel your whole body relax,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your hands,
Your shoulders and your face.
Now that you are completely relaxed I want you to focus your vision behind the eyelids as if they were a cinema screen and you're staring straight at it and whilst you are doing so I'd like you to visualise yourself in your new life,
That perfect life,
The life of your dreams.
Take some time to look around.
Where are you living?
What does it look like?
Who are you with?
What are you doing in this new life?
How are you living your life?
How are you truly able to be yourself in this new life?
How does this new life,
This ideal life feel like to you?
I'd like you to take the next few minutes to really explore your surroundings and get a real sense of what your dream life truly feels like or looks like.
Just draw into your senses and really experience it.
It might even have a certain smell or aroma associated with it or an activity that you can see yourself doing.
See yourself confidently living this new life,
Your dream life,
The one that fits perfectly with who you are and what you are meant to be doing here in this lifetime.
The life that is beautifully aligned with your fabulous talents and passions.
The one where you can be your authentic true self and really fulfil your potential and live your life on purpose.
Visualise yourself making a difference.
See how that new life,
The one where you are completely in sync and experiencing how it is having such an incredibly positive impact on your life and the way you live generally.
I'd like you to now take this time to immerse yourself fully into this experience and I will be back with you shortly.
And welcome back.
When you are ready you can gently bring some movement back into your body,
Moving your fingers and toes and taking a couple of deep breaths in and out again before opening your eyes and having a good stretch.
During this visualisation you have taken time for yourself,
Time to really focus on yourself and your dream life.
Now whilst those thoughts and experiences are still fresh in your mind,
Write them down in your journal.
Write,
Literally make notes of all of your thoughts however crazy or normal they appear as they will help you formulate that image of what it is that you want to achieve and manifest.
In noting down what has come to you during the visualisation you will start to sit up and take notice as new opportunities begin to present themselves as you will recognise them as they appear.
All too often our thoughts come and go by making notes you are anchoring them and keeping them grounded in your mind.
This really is magical stuff that will help you move your life forward towards all that you want to manifest.
