In the "Heart Appreciation Meditation," you’ll gently connect with the center of your being your heart. As you place your hands on your chest, breathe deeply and feel your heart glowing with love. With each breath, you’ll activate a sense of warmth and expansion. You’ll then call to mind something or someone you deeply appreciate, whether it’s a peaceful sunset, a beloved pet, or a special person. Let this feeling of gratitude fill your heart, expanding and radiating through your whole body. As you close, you’ll thank your heart for its love and wisdom, knowing you can always return to this place of appreciation whenever you need.

Welcome to this heart appreciation meditation,

Where we will be focusing on your heart space.

Focusing on the heart creates heart and brain coherence,

Which brings harmony into your energy.

Close your eyes,

Inhale deeply,

Expand your belly,

And exhale slowly,

Full deep breaths in and long deep breaths out.

Feel a connection with your heart space,

Put one hand over your chest,

Feeling into the center of your being.

Bring your awareness to your heart,

Focus your attention on your center,

And by doing so you start to activate this inner state of love,

You start to awaken the heart.

Take deep breaths in and breathe into this space,

All the way down into your belly.

Focus on your heart as you inhale,

Feel your heart glowing with energy and love,

And imagine as if your center is growing brighter and brighter.

Feel the energy all around you emanating from this point.

Think into this space,

Slowly,

To the count of five.

In two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale out two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

While focusing on the center of your being,

Breathing into this space slowly to the count of five,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

And exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathing at this pace,

Nice and slow,

Rhythmic breaths.

Now as you continue to focus on your heart space,

I'd like you to recall someone or something in your life where you felt an immense amount of appreciation.

It could be for a beautiful sunset,

Or the love that you get from your pet,

Or a wonderful person in your life.

Once that emotion is there,

Feel it expand into every cell,

Every organ,

Every space of your body.

Feel the tingly and warm sensations.

Really focus on this feeling of appreciation in your heart for a few more moments.

Really stay in that feeling of appreciation for a little bit longer.

Focus on the unconditional love in your heart.

Take another deep breath in,

And long exhale out,

And thank your heart for all of its wisdom and love,

And anything else that may arise that you want to send your appreciation and gratitude towards.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and know that you can always return back to this place of appreciation,

That it's always inside of yourself,

Forever.
