Explore MeditationRyan is a sharer of Yoga from the UK. Yoga has been a huge part of his life now for over a decade, both on and off the mat. His introduction to Yoga was actually through meditation, rather than the more common entry from the physical practices. Meditation has remained the most important part throughout the entire 10 years of his practice. He started practicing Buddhism initially, attending Buddhist silent retreats such as Vipasana. He's also been immersing himself in Bhakti Yoga, doing daily mantra and pooja alongside his meditation practice. He is studying philosophy as part of his daily Sadhana, being especially drawn to the teachings of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra. He is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and practitioner, aiming to provide a safe-space for all who wish to practice Yoga. He is passionate about diversifying Yoga, and loves to facilitate Queer Spaces, being a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Community, Connection and Compassion are at the heart of everything he does and shares. Building a loving Community of souls. Deepening Connection to ourselves, each other, the whole of the World, and that which is beyond the physical realm. And a cultivation of Compassion for every Being. He's completed several trainings with some amazing teachers around the World, and now hosts his own teacher trainings.
