Welcome,

Beloved.

This is a space for feeling gently,

Fully and without shame.

You don't need to fix anything here.

You are simply invited to be with what is.

To be tender with yourself.

To witness without needing to make sense.

Begin by closing your eyes and softening into your breath.

Let each inhale feel nourishing.

Let each exhale feel like a release.

There is nowhere to be but here.

There is nothing to do but feel.

Bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly.

Feel your body rise and fall.

Feel safe,

Grounded,

Here.

Just stay with this feeling for a moment.

Feel how your body meets your breath.

How your hands anchor you to this moment.

Now,

Ask softly,

What emotion is present in me today?

Let the answer come without needing to name or analyse it.

It may be sadness,

Joy,

Anger,

Tenderness,

Nothing at all.

You are not doing it wrong if nothing comes.

Even the absence of feeling is something to feel.

Whatever arises,

Welcome it like a guest.

You might say,

You are allowed to be here.

I see you.

You are safe to move through me.

Breathe into the feeling,

Not to change it,

But to meet it.

To soften around it.

To let it breathe too.

Your presence is enough.

Stay with your breath.

Stay with your heart.

Let the emotion be fully felt,

Fully witnessed.

Give it the space it never had,

The space to move.

When you're ready,

Gently whisper,

Thank you for visiting me.

You can rest now.

Let your breath return to neutral.

Let your heart soften in your chest.

Let the stillness wrap around you like a blanket.

Slowly,

In your own time,

Return back to this moment.

Back to your body.

Back to the day.
