This guided meditation will help you align with the frequencies you need in order to manifest all of your dreams and desires. Lie back and allow yourself to be immersed in the feelings of abundance. Some contemplation time is included in order for you to assess what you need to be and do in order to live the life of your dreams.

In this meditation,

We will be exploring your body.

And we will be exploring your body in this meditation.

We will be exploring your body in this meditation.

In this meditation,

We will be exploring your deepest dreams and desires.

And increasing your frequency in order to achieve these dreams and desires.

So before we begin,

Make sure that you are in a comfortable position.

Either sitting or lying down.

And then bring your attention to your breath.

Breathing in,

Fully expanding and filling up your lungs.

Then breathing out all the stale and stagnant air from within.

Breathing in fully,

Expansively.

Exhaling out all the way.

Continue to focus on your breath.

Feeling how your mind,

Your body and your soul instantly calm down.

Noticing how it centers you and grounds you back into the moment.

Just breathe.

Before we begin to explore the magic behind manifestation,

I want you to think about what it is that you truly desire.

Just one thing.

And be specific.

We often tend to set goals,

Dreams,

Desires without a specific measure of success.

We say we want to lose weight,

But we don't put a number to it.

We say we want to make more money,

And yet we don't put a number to that either.

So be specific about the desire that you want.

How much is success?

How can you measure it?

Once you've noted the specifics of your desired dream or goal,

Let's talk about the law of attraction.

What you think you become.

So start to become more aware of the thoughts that come into your head when you think about this goal,

Dream or desire that you have set for yourself.

What are you focusing on?

Are you focusing more on the fact that you haven't achieved it or that you don't believe that you can?

Or are you focusing on the excitement of achieving this goal,

The possibility of achieving this goal,

The feelings of achieving this goal?

If you constantly think about or focus on the lack of this goal,

You will attract more lack.

So in becoming more aware of the thoughts that you have surrounding your goal,

You can start to fish out the negatives and focus more on the positives.

What you think you become.

Now let's tap into who you need to be in order to achieve this goal.

Maybe you need to be energetic,

Confident.

Think about what you need to be in order to achieve this desire that you have for yourself.

Now think about what you need to do in order to achieve this desire.

We so often set goals and don't take any steps towards achieving this goal.

A crucial step to manifestation is taking aligned action,

Following your intuition,

Seeing the opportunities and the people sent your way.

No quantum leap happens overnight.

It is a series of small steps taken each day that lead to this quantum leap.

So again,

Think about what it is that you need to do in order to achieve this desire.

Now that you have decided who you need to be and what you need to do,

Envision yourself being and doing all these things.

As you are envisioning yourself with these new aspects required to achieve your goal.

I want you to shift your visualization to that of you now achieving this desire that you have for yourself and your life.

Feel the emotions you will feel when you achieve this desire.

Going back to the law of attraction,

You manifest what you are,

Not what you want.

So by embodying these emotions of achieving your desire,

You become the person who has achieved this goal already.

By feeling these emotions,

Your mind believes that you have already achieved it.

And when your mind believes,

You will achieve.

Now that you have a specific goal in mind,

You know who you need to be and what you need to do in order to achieve this.

And you've felt into and embodied the emotions that achieving this goal will bring you.

It's time to cast your spell out into the universe.

So start to repeat your desire in your mind as if it has already happened in a positive light with gratitude.

And this way you begin to plant the seed of your desire into the fertile soil of the universe.

And just as you would with the seed in the ground,

Water it each day,

But surrender to the process.

You cannot control how fast or slow a seed will grow,

But the seed will always grow.

So surrender your desire to the universe.

Know that the universe always has your back.

Know that although you have a specific way in mind that you think will help you to achieve this goal,

The universe always knows best.

Release your control of this desire and the process that you think you need to follow in order to achieve it.

All you need to do is remember the law of attraction.

What you think you become.

What you focus on grows.

You attract what you are,

Not what you want.

Continue to focus on the feelings of achieving that goal.

Continue to speak your spells into the universe.

Focus on having your desire,

Not the lack thereof.

And you'll manifest the life of your dreams.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back into this present moment.

Take a few deep,

Deep breaths in and out.

Bring some gentle movements back into your physical body.

And when you are ready,

You can slowly start to open your eyes.
