Your higher self is always with you.
It's simply a matter of being still and tuning in.
Before we begin with this meditation,
Make sure you are in a comfortable position.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Focusing on your inhales and your exhales.
And as you begin to focus more deeply on your breath,
Slowly begin to recognize and release any tension that you're holding onto in your body.
Release any thoughts that may be bubbling to the surface.
Release any expectations that your mind may have put on you for this meditation.
Just focusing on your breath.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Your toes become relaxed and heavy.
Now bring the sensation of beautiful lightness from your feet through your ankles and into your lower legs.
The feeling of lightness and relaxation starts to move up over your knees and into your thighs.
Calm,
Relaxed,
Peaceful.
Feel it as it travels slowly up your thighs,
Over your hips,
Right up to your waist.
Your body feels heavier,
More relaxed,
More at ease.
This loving wave now travels up through your chest,
Over your shoulders,
Down your back.
Can you feel it?
Deep relaxation.
All the time as this wave moves through you,
You become even more deeply relaxed as you dance along to this feeling of complete serenity,
A feeling you have never felt before.
Feel your body as it tingles and glows with this loving sensation of peace.
So relaxed,
So calm,
So peaceful,
So light in your soul and your mind.
Enjoy the experience.
Enjoy the wonderful feeling of this calm and peaceful relaxation.
This beautiful wave of love and peace now travels up your neck,
Up and over your head.
Your eyes are relaxed,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
So deeply,
Deeply relaxed.
Your mouth,
Your tongue and your ears,
So relaxed,
So peaceful,
So calm.
Deep peace as the waves continue to wash over every part of your body.
You are very,
Very calm and deeply relaxed.
This calm wave washes over your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Over your elbows and into your hands.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You are protected.
Always.
Your whole body,
Mind and soul is still.
You are one with nature,
With the world,
With the universe.
Stay in this state of bliss,
Of harmony.
Breathe gently and listen to your heartbeat.
In the stillness,
Ask your higher self,
What messages do you want to share with me?
Ask deeply and truly and then just sit as you wait for your soul to communicate with you.
Something might not come straight away or at all.
That's okay.
Keep basking in the stillness that you are.
Sometimes the message might come through as a memory or an idea.
Be still.
Allow them to come.
Just observe no judgment,
No attachment.
Just be.
You are one with nature,
With the world,
With the universe.
Our soul speaks to us in coded whispers.
The more silence we allow,
The louder we can begin to hear these whispers.
The more we practice,
The more we begin to understand the language of our soul.
Be patient and come back to this meditation often so that you can build the connection you are beginning to create with your soul.
Slowly start to bring your awareness back into this present moment.
Bringing your awareness back to your breath.
Taking a deep inhale,
Fully filling up your lungs.
Hold it at the top.
And then release.
Let's take another deep breath in,
Feeling into your body.
Where are you still holding tension?
And let it go,
Releasing any last bits of tension you might be holding onto.
When you are ready,
You can start to flatter your eyes open,
Looking around the room to see all of the beautiful energy that surrounds you.
And as you continue throughout your day,
Remember to have moments of stillness or silence to allow your soul whispers to be heard.
All the answers you seek are within.
You just need to learn to listen.
