Explore MeditationRoly has been meditating since the early 1990s (primarily focussing on Buddhist practices and retreats). From 2017 Roly began the Mindfulness Teacher Training Pathway with a specialism in MBCT with Bangor University. He completed this in 2021 (by this time the TTP was being delivered in partnership with The Mindfulness Network). Roly has also completed training with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (MBCT for Life and Finding Peace in a Frantic World). He has been a registered mindfulness teacher with BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches) since 2020. Roly offers Mindfulness courses and classes to his local community. He also works as an Environmental Scientist for Battelle UK Ltd.
