Hello and welcome.

Today's meditation is all about calming down,

Finding stillness and peace.

If you have an event that you're worrying about that's coming up or something hectic that just finished and you need to calm down,

This is going to be the meditation for you.

So get comfortable and find a place you can sit or you can lie down on the floor,

Whatever is the best for you.

You can put both feet on the floor or you can cross at your ankles.

Just get comfortable.

We want to do slow breathing through our nostrils if you can,

If not through your mouth.

Slow breath up and exhaling and letting go,

Releasing all that tension.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Now gently close your eyes and place your focus on your breathing as you inhale and as you exhale.

You're going to notice your mind is going to wander to a thought and that's okay.

That's what happens in meditation.

The powerful tool is you want to be aware that your mind wandered and make the nurturing choice to go back to your focal point which is your breathing.

As you're breathing,

Let yourself feel a relaxation with every exhale,

Just a little bit more.

Now take your focus away from your breathing and just keep your eyes closed,

Sitting there calmly.

And be still and know peace is within.

Be still and know peace.

Be still and know.

Be still.

Be.

Just be.

Deepening your breath and slowly move around a little bit.

Just when you're ready,

Open up your eyes,

Take your time,

And let your mind wander.

I want to thank you for our meditation.
