Start to say hello to the parts of your body that are touching something else.
So the back of the chair,
Your legs on the seat of the chair,
Your feet on the floor.
Just bring your breath really intentionally to those parts of your body that are connecting.
With hard surfaces outside of your body.
And you can begin to notice if it's easy for you to focus on that,
Or if your mind already wants to wander.
If it does,
Just notice it and bring it back to directing your breath inward.
And see if you can just start to surrender to gravity a little bit more.
So if you feel like you're fighting gravity to sit up straight or to hold yourself on the chair,
Just allow gravity,
The pull from the earth to help you to relax a little bit more.
Notice your jaw releases.
Your shoulders let go a little bit.
Your abdomen becomes a little bit looser.
Good.
And then start to bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
In the center of your hips.
And right there at the base of your spine,
See a golden ball of light.
And let it begin to grow and become as wide as your hips,
Filling up your whole pelvis.
And see if you can feel the warmth of that sun filling up your abdomen.
And then set the intention and start to visualize that sun beginning to set.
So it's going to move down through your chair,
Down into the floor.
And traveling down into the earth.
As it moves,
It creates a hollow connection from your hips,
Straight down into the center of the earth.
A way to help you connect into the planet.
And it's hollow because it can work like a vacuum cleaner cord.
A really gentle release.
It works with gravity,
Helping you to let go of anything that's not serving you and your body.
You don't have to know or mentalize any of that.
Just start to feel that pull of letting go into Mother Earth.
Some people see that connection like a tree trunk or a beam of light,
A waterfall,
A pipe.
So just make yours how you want to in this moment.
This is called a grounding cord,
A way to ground into the earth.
It's helping to create balance and assisting you in letting go.
So let's take it to the next level.
Imagine your body fills with the color dark purple,
Your entire body.
And you can see if that's easy for you or if you resist it.
And then imagine you can just flush that dark purple right down that connection into the earth.
And then fill your body with green.
And flush the green down.
And fill with yellow.
And then flush the yellow.
And you can just start to notice if some colors are easier to fill with or easier to release,
Harder.
There's no right or wrong,
It's just noticing.
So now from your mind,
Start to think about being busy.
Busyness of life.
And let your body show you where you really feel that in your body.
When you're busy,
Part of your body absorbs that busyness or talks to you.
And go ahead and raise a hand and just rest it on the part of your body where you notice it the most.
Good.
And let that busyness turn into a color right there where you feel it.
And then let that color expand to fill up your entire body.
You might resist filling with the busy.
See if you can let yourself do it.
And then flush that color completely out of your body.
This just allows a complete reset from busyness.
When you fill with the color it finds everywhere that it's hiding.
And then you let it go into Mother Earth.
And she gently supports you.
Taking that busy energy to be recycled and composted can return to your life a new energy.
So really breathing in your body.
Just do a little bit more work.
Start to think about being sad.
And then let your body feel that emotion.
And place a hand on the part of your body where you feel the sadness.
And let that sadness turn into a color.
And let that color spread throughout your body.
And then release it into the Earth.
Let go of that color that represents sadness to you in this moment.
This can provide a simple reset to your nervous system.
So really notice how your body is feeling now that you let go of busy.
You let go of sadness.
At least what's true for you in this moment.
You've given yourself permission to say hello and move the energy.
So really breathe.
Take one full minute.
I'm going to time you of deep breaths into your body,
Letting your nervous system really reset.
Good.
Now start to think about fear.
And let the fear show up somewhere in your body.
Really let yourself feel it wherever you're noticing.
That fear turn into a color.
Let it expand throughout your entire body,
The color.
And you're safe and supported by the Earth and in this room.
And then flush that color down.
You'll really notice if you're still holding anywhere in your body and let it flush.
Color just pulls effortlessly into the Earth.
Good.
Then start to think about anger.
Really let yourself entertain that and feel it where it shows up in your body.
Turn it into a color.
And let it spread throughout all your cells.
And then using your breath,
Flush that anger,
That color completely out of your body.
When we feel these deeper emotions,
They can be our own.
They can be amplified by what's going on in the world outside of us.
So we're just saying hello and offering our bodies a reset.
And start to think about resentment.
See where you feel that in your body.
And maybe notice how that feels different than anger.
Turn it into a color.
Let it fill you up.
And then flush it down.
By acknowledging each one of these denser emotions or feelings within ourselves,
It offers healing to our own space,
Our own bodies,
As well as to the rest of the world.
So now start to think about happiness.
In its simplest form.
And see where you feel that in your body.
And place a hand on that space.
Let the happiness turn into a color.
And let that fill up your entire body.
And really feel that happiness everywhere in your space.
And then flush it down.
And then start to think about motivation.
Being motivated.
And see where you feel that in your body.
And place a hand there.
Good.
And let that motivation turn into a color.
And begin to grow and fill every cell in your body.
And then flush the motivation down.
And as we let go of these good feelings,
We're not giving them up.
We're providing ourselves the next step so we can come to a greater relationship with them.
Now start to think about joy.
And see where you feel that in your body.
You can notice maybe how that was different than happiness.
And let that expand to fill your entire body.
The other thing this does as you fill with that feeling of joy,
The color of joy,
It's going to push out any blocks that you have to being in joy.
So flush that color of joy out of your body.
Letting go of any limits.
Anything that stands between you and that experience in life.
And then start to think about amusement.
And notice where you feel that in your body.
Turn it into a color.
And let that color spread and fill up all of you.
Let yourself be amusement right now.
Amusement is a really high healing vibration.
Nothing sticks to amusement.
So if you can remember this,
Like bookmark it and bring yourself to this place.
Next time you're going to do this,
Next time you're in a challenging situation,
It's amazing what dissipates and brings clarity.
So breathing,
Just let yourself flush that amusement color out of your body.
And then let yourself think about enthusiasm.
And let yourself feel that somewhere or everywhere in your space.
And let it fill up all your cells.
Enthusiasm is a step above amusement.
Another helpful place to go.
Flush it down.
And now start to think about miracles.
And see where your body pings the idea of miracle.
Can you find it in your body?
Or can you only think about it in your mind?
There's no right or wrong.
Wherever you notice it,
Let it become a color.
And let that miracle fill and spread throughout your entire body.
And whatever color you notice throughout your entire body right now that represents miracle.
See if you can turn it up a little bit.
Turn up that feeling of miracle to a higher level of sensation that you notice in your body.
See if you feel grounded within that or if it makes you feel a little bit lightheaded.
Do what you can to find your peace within that feeling of being filled with miracle energy.
And if you'd like to right now,
Set an intention for yourself to remember this feeling.
And allow yourself to come back to it once a day.
For the next week.
And see what kind of magnet it becomes to bring miracles into your life.
And know that miracles can be little teeny tiny things.
They don't have to be big life-changing dramatic events.
But the more you recognize the little everyday miracles,
The more you're supported and those bigger ones come in faster and easier.
It's really noticing that vibration,
That color,
It's filling your space now.
Let yourself release it into the earth and it's just going to pull out any blocks that you have,
Opening you up to receiving miracles in your greatest and highest good.
And then breathing into your heart,
Let yourself sit there with all of your conscious awareness right now in your heart space.
And let that heart space shift to a feeling of gratitude.
As you're sitting in there,
In your heart,
Be encompassed in gratitude.
And let that gratitude spread throughout every cell in your body.
And then let that feeling of gratitude shift into one of love.
And let that resonate out throughout every cell in your body.
And then right above your head,
Start to visualize a golden sun filled with your pure energy,
Your life force.
And in the center of that gold sun is the most powerful magnet in the entire universe.
And it begins attracting back all of your energy from anywhere in the universe.
That you've left it throughout your day,
Your week,
Your month,
Your entire lifetime,
From your family,
Your friends,
From the news.
All of your energy comes back into that golden sun above your head and it grows larger and larger and it resets to you and only you in this moment.
It doesn't have anyone else's stuff with it.
And when that golden sun is nice and big,
Imagine you can reach up and pull it or pop it or pour it into the top of your head.
And watch and feel every cell from your core to the very edge of your skin get replenished with that golden light that is you.
From your head to your toes,
Fingertips,
And really breathe that feeling of love into every cell as it reconnects with that golden light that is you.
Let yourself radiate love,
Knowing that having said hello to those deeper emotions at the beginning and then moving into these higher vibrations leading to love and miracles.
You're helping yourself as well as your family,
Your community,
And the world.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can slowly stretch,
Being sure to bend your head towards your feet and open your eyes and bring yourself into the room.
Deep breaths.
And so it is.
