Welcome to this guided meditation.
I invite you to take a few moments to find a place where you have some quiet space and somewhere to sit with your feet flat on the floor.
This will help your meditation and your energy move.
So take a moment to do that.
Pause the recording if you need to and then we'll get started.
You can begin by closing your eyes,
Setting your phone or your computer aside,
And taking some nice deep breaths inward.
And as you're breathing,
Begin to notice gravity.
How gravity is holding you onto the chair,
Connecting your feet to the floor.
Gravity can help your shoulders to relax,
Your jaw to loosen,
And then begin focusing on your breath again.
Just surrendering to that sweet support from Mother Earth gravity.
And now we will begin the rest of the meditation.
Become aware of your hips touching the chair and see a beautiful hollow cord or tunnel descending from your hips down into the floor,
Down into the center of the earth where it connects in to Mother Earth and begins working with gravity,
Amplifying its effect to pull energy from your body that you no longer need.
And bringing all of your conscious awareness to the center of your head.
Start to do a scan of your body.
So say hello to the top of your head,
See how that feels,
Your eyes,
The inside back of your eyes,
Inside your head,
Your jawbone,
The top of your spine,
Right where it meets your skull.
And I just want you to be noticing.
Whenever I say a body part,
Just become aware of how it feels,
Doesn't feel,
That exists,
That it exists.
You haven't thought about it.
Whatever you notice,
Just say hello to it.
Notice your collarbone,
The tops of your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades on your back,
Your heart,
Beating,
Life,
Rhythm through your body,
Your lungs,
Your diaphragm.
Breathe deeply into your stomach,
Right below your diaphragm.
Notice that expanding.
Notice your hipbone,
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
The front of your pelvic bowl,
Your knees,
Your ankles,
Your heels,
The balls of your feet,
Your toes,
And then say hello to your bladder.
Let that have a golden sun pass through it,
Releasing energy down your grounding cord.
Notice your kidneys,
Put gold suns through those,
Releasing anything that doesn't belong there.
Notice your adrenals,
See them as a color,
And then pass a gold sun through each one,
Releasing that color,
Healing it with that gold and light energy.
Follow your intestines,
Let gold sun fill up that space,
Pushing out anything down the cord that can go,
Colors,
Feelings,
Energy,
All the same.
Notice your liver,
Give it a gold sun.
You can also extend down to your gallbladder.
Notice your pancreas and spleen.
Give them a gold sun.
The gold sun just acts like a filter,
Moving energy through,
Healing it with that vibration.
To your lungs,
Give them a gold sun.
Notice your thyroid and your throat.
Give that a gold sun.
And then give your brain a beautiful golden sun.
Let that whole space be infused with golden light.
And really find your awareness in the center of that golden light,
In the middle of your head,
Allowing yourself to be there.
Visualize that you can look towards the front of your head from your seat and see a little box that I call the analyzer.
Part of you that wants to figure things out.
Give that a grounding cord,
Connection a way to release in the earth,
All the chatter,
Doesn't need to be running on loops in your head.
And give that a golden sun.
Deep breath.
And then there,
From the center of your head,
Create a beautiful screen,
Like a movie theater,
Computer,
A painting canvas,
Out in front of you.
Give it a grounding cord,
A way to release into the earth as well.
A support to help hold it upright in front of your face.
Maybe not right in front of your face,
Give yourself some distance so you can actually see it.
And start to see the image of your bedroom on that screen.
And just notice how it looks,
If there's anyone else in there,
The furniture,
The decorations,
The art.
And give your bedroom its own grounding cord,
A connection into the earth,
A way to release energy that doesn't serve you in that sanctuary.
That is your bedroom,
A place to relax,
A place to sleep and rejuvenate.
So as that grounding cord begins working,
See if you can observe any shifts happening in that image or visualization of your bedroom.
You can take an imaginary feather duster rose from the seat in the center of your head,
And imagine you can reach out onto that screen and dust away anything that doesn't belong,
Or that you would like to clean up and just reset the vibration to one of peace and relaxation.
And toss that rose down the grounding cord.
And just give that whole image of your bedroom,
One of those beautiful golden suns,
With the intention to reset that space to neutral,
Where we can feel peace.
And if there's anything in there that seems tricky or challenging to set to neutral or peace,
Just decide to put it down the grounding cord.
It's okay,
You can put your partner down the grounding cord.
It's just a visualization and helps to reset the energy.
And then imagine your bedroom surrounded in a bubble.
And that bubble tucks into the grounding cord,
The foundation,
The floor of your bedroom.
And then let that bubble be brown on the outside,
Like a chocolate coating.
And then fill the inside of a bubble with a color that feels really helpful to you for sleeping.
Whatever you see right now.
And let that kind of pass through and fill up the whole bedroom and the whole bubble enveloping it.
And know that this is a visualization you can do right before you go to bed every night,
Putting the grounding cord on your room,
Giving it a bubble,
Putting the brown on the outside and a color inside that serves sleep.
And just trust whatever color comes up for you to help that.
And you can kind of let that bubble float up into the universe to help set your intention for tonight's sleep.
And you can do that again before you go to bed tonight.
And then being in the center of your head,
Look out onto that screen and see an image of your body.
An outline is fine.
And give it a grounding cord.
And become aware of the area right near your diaphragm,
Stomach area,
Higher than your belly button,
Not yet into your chest.
And just look there for a color,
See what color it is.
And give it a grounding cord and permission to release.
And then have that image of your body that you're looking at turn.
So you're now looking at the back side of it.
And look at that same area,
What would be right behind your diaphragm,
Your stomach.
And just check it out.
See if there is a doorway there,
Or a jail cell,
A window,
Just have an image pop up there.
A way for you to essentially go in and out.
And just trust however it shows up for you.
And start to explore it,
Get curious about it.
Does it open easy?
Is it locked?
Does it feel safe,
Secure,
Lovely,
Beautiful?
However you notice,
Imagine you can take a paintbrush or a rose and just clean off that area and adjust it till it looks like a very inviting doorway to go in and out of.
Again,
Right there in your back,
Middle of your body.
And really know that you can make it however you want to.
Deep breath,
And then visualize opening up that doorway in the back of your body.
And see the another outline of yourself step outside.
So it might be more like wispy looking.
Or just an exact duplicate,
However you see it.
There's the outline of your body,
And then another outline that just stepped out of that door.
And give that body a grounding cord.
And notice that the two images of those two bodies are connected with a silver cord through that doorway.
And that second body,
Give it a clearing.
Let it ground and release energy down the grounding cord.
You can use a feather duster,
Rose,
Paintbrush,
A vacuum cleaner,
However you want.
Cleaning it off till it looks sparkly and new.
It might even change forms.
It might become a little more vibrant.
More visual to you as you clean it off.
Make sure you kind of look at it from all directions.
The front,
The back,
The top,
The bottom.
Really cleaning it and clearing it.
This is essentially a representation of you when you're sleeping.
So you have your one body that's in your bed,
And then this other body that works with you in your dream space.
So we're just clearing out anything that's making it hard for you to be in your sleep state,
Your dream space.
So visualize that body stepping back in through the doorway into the original image of your body.
And give that whole space a golden sun through the representation of you,
Your physical self in this moment.
And then go ahead and just for fun,
Imagine that image of you on the screen can step off the screen and walk and stand behind your actual real body.
And then have it step through a doorway in your back.
Just visualize that coming into total alignment into your real body here in this room,
In this present moment.
And take deep breaths until you really feel a wholeness in your physical space.
Let it engage in your heart space,
Your head space,
Your stomach space,
Feet and your legs and your wrists and your fingers.
Just nice deep breaths.
And then really let go of any tension that you may have in your body.
Being in the center of your head,
Take off another one of those sticky gold feather duster roses,
Can do all things at once.
Stick,
Dust,
Clean,
And just really clean out the inside of your head.
The top where you could imagine yourself wearing a crown,
Get the cleaning.
The center of head,
However your room looks like,
Gets another thorough cleaning.
And then you can toss that rose down into the center of the earth.
I'm really watching from the center of your head,
Allow your whole body to fill with teal.
Flush the teal down.
And just notice what color your body wants to fill with next.
And flush it down.
And then fill your whole body with dark purple.
And flush it down.
And then fill with seafoam green.
And flush it down.
And there from the center of your head,
Do another check-in.
What's a thought,
Or a problem,
Or an issue,
Or a body something that just pops up first?
Maybe there's nothing.
But if there is something,
Just notice it,
Say hello.
Put it in a bubble.
Give that bubble a gold sun.
And let it float up into the universe for its own type of healing.
There from the center of your head,
See a big beautiful golden sun right above you.
Calling back all of your energy.
From anywhere that you've left it,
Magnetize this back to here and now.
Really intentionally watch and see where some of your energy is returning from.
See if you can see some of it coming back from your bedroom.
When you can't fall asleep.
And anywhere else that it might be.
Filling up that big beautiful golden sun.
Resetting to you.
Here and now.
Imagine popping it,
Or pouring it,
And letting it come down and fill up every cell in your body from your head to your fingertips and your toes.
All those places we scanned at the beginning.
Let them be replenished golden sun.
Fully and completely.
And when you're full,
Bring your awareness back to your body.
One more time to the back of your hips and notice where your hips begin to travel down the back of your legs.
Where your sciatic nerve is.
Clean out that little channel that your sciatic nerve runs down the back of each leg with a golden rose.
And ground those channels into the earth at the back of each heel.
And let that place be fully,
Fully filled.
Now that you've cleaned it another way.
The golden sun that's still pouring in from above you.
And just really picture you being present,
Whole in your body.
All parts of it.
Be aware of your whole physicalness.
And whenever you're ready,
Take your time,
But open your eyes and stretch.
