Welcome to this guided meditation.
I invite you to take a couple moments to find a place where you have some quiet alone time and a place where you can sit with your feet flat on the floor.
This will help your meditation in that it will bring you more present into your body and help your energy to move.
Once you've found your space to sit,
Go ahead and set your phone aside or your computer aside and close your eyes and begin to notice inward with greater awareness of your breath.
Breathing in a way that feels good.
Deep breaths,
Slow breaths,
Intentional breaths,
Short breaths.
What feels good to you in this moment to help you come more inside and connected.
And then begin to notice gravity.
Notice how it's keeping you on your chair.
You don't even have to think about staying there.
Gravity is doing the work for you.
It helps your feet connect to the floor.
It can help your shoulders to surrender anything they're holding on to.
Notice them relaxing.
Become aware of your jaw.
Allow gravity to help it to relax,
Loosen.
And just becoming aware of how freeing it can be to surrender to the support of Mother Earth.
And then bring all of your awareness up to a point right in the center of your head as if you're sitting in a sanctuary,
The seat of your soul,
Your intuitive center.
Anchor yourself there for the rest of this meditation to be the intuitive observer.
And now we will begin.
Loosen into that breath and just say hello to your body today and see where you're at.
Notice if you feel like you're floating or tired or nervous or scared,
Anxious.
Really notice where you're feeling that in your body.
Take some nice deep breaths and bring your breath to those places your body is asking for some attention.
And just really allow the breath to be deep and meaningful.
Just meaningful in the sense that you're aware of it and you're not resisting it.
And then bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
Your pelvic center,
And see a golden ball of light.
And let it begin to expand and become as wide as your hips.
Feel the warmth there in your hips and allow that Sun to begin to set.
It's going to move down through the chair,
Down into the floor,
Down into the center of the earth.
And as it travels,
It creates a connection,
A hollow tube from your hips that joins into the center of the earth,
Helping you to feel supported and also to release.
It serves as a catalyst.
It works with gravity,
Pulling anything you're ready to let go of from your space,
Things that might come up for you today,
And just gently be pulled down into the center of Mother Earth,
Composted or recycled,
To return as new growth,
Whenever it's meant to,
If it's meant to,
In different ways,
Different forms.
Breathe.
Imagine your body fills up with the color blue and flush blue down into the center of the earth through that tube connected at your hips.
As you do this,
It washes away a layer or two that you're ready to let go of.
You can notice if you resist that letting go or if it feels good.
Fill with the color purple.
See your whole body purple,
And then flush that purple down into the center of the earth,
Just trusting this is all in your greatest and highest good,
Simple visualization to remind your body it's okay to let go.
Not just your body,
But also your energy,
Story,
Things you're holding on to,
Can just be easily washed down into the earth.
And then bring all of your awareness to a point of consciousness in the center of your head.
Let your awareness be there,
A little bit further back than the thinking mind,
A place that feels a little bit more peaceful and relaxing.
This is your observer place,
But allow yourself to sit in there and become the observer of your body,
So that place in the center of your head,
Look down throughout your space,
And just take note.
Validate who you are,
You're here sitting in this room,
Giving to yourself in this moment.
That's a big deal,
Giving to yourself in this moment with intention.
Visualize that place in the center of your head,
Like a very relaxing sanctuary space,
One that's just for you.
You can even see yourself,
A little mini version of you in there,
Sitting on a comfortable chair or bed,
Noticing your surroundings.
You can see yourself releasing down into the earth from your hips,
But you're watching it all from this place in the center of your head.
And take a moment to observe and just see where your body's at now,
What feelings are coming up for you in this moment,
Now that we've released a little.
Let it stir up some more intensity,
Some distraction,
Some fear.
Did it bring more peace?
Don't judge where you're at,
Just let it be.
And then there,
From that place in the center of your head,
Look up to the top of your head and imagine,
Visualize you have a crown on,
And let that crown become a color that resonates throughout your body,
That feels like enthusiasm.
Notice,
Is it easy for you to feel that level of enthusiasm?
Or is it hard?
There's no right or wrong.
Let yourself be there until you can feel what enthusiasm feels like throughout your entire body.
Enthusiasm is a quality of energy that's healing to the physical,
Spiritual.
It's really helpful to manifestation it.
Nothing can stick to it.
So all those lower level things we might be working with,
Change,
Transition,
Resistance,
Fear,
For that enthusiasm,
It can help it just to release and not be stuck in our body.
So while you're allowing yourself to have that feeling of enthusiasm,
That place in the center of your head,
Imagine you can look up like you are in a field and there's a night sky,
Kind of like the planetarium above you.
You're looking at the stars and let those stars begin to fade into a screen.
Again,
Like the planetarium,
You're looking above and you can start to see some images on that screen.
So start to let yourself see some of your dreams,
That you might have,
Your goals for manifesting in life.
Maybe your mental brain doesn't know what those are,
But see if some images or visuals can appear in that night sky above you,
Like constellation.
And notice how they make you feel when you see them.
Just gaze at that awareness and ponder that these dreams can come true for your best and highest good.
You can draw things to you.
You are a creator.
You make it all up.
You are excellent at it.
So when you know you have this ability,
Why not make up some really cool things?
So whatever you're looking at in the sky,
Just make sure it feels good to you,
Sort of like you're looking at the North Star,
It's that point in the sky and you're like,
Yeah,
There it is.
That's what I want to create.
And just be aware if anything comes up for you that might feel like a limit.
Wow,
I can't really have that.
Let it be pulled down into the earth.
Right now we're just gazing into that night sky,
Letting ourselves be in a place of desire.
Think about that concept.
Desire.
How does that make your body feel when you look at these things in the night sky?
And then let that crown at the top of your head,
That's kind of encasing these dreams in the night sky you're wanting to create in your real life.
Begin to shift to the feeling of love,
That crown above.
Let that love resonate throughout your entire body.
And then let it come to a feeling of grace.
Just see what that feels like.
Don't try to mentalize,
Rationalize it.
And then let it shift to a crown of joy at the top of your head.
As you give yourself this experience of having these vibrations or qualities of energy at the top of your head and extending down through your body,
You're practicing to be more in balance.
It helps you to let go of limitations in your ability to be a creator.
So there from the center of your head,
Looking at what you'd like to create,
Let them fade off into some images that you can let go of in your life,
Or maybe you're already working on letting go of.
When things fall apart,
It's because they're not in alignment with what we want to create.
So see if you can surrender some of those stories.
Really giving yourself permission to let it go.
Even if it feels hard,
You're attached to whatever it is.
Let it be pulled down into the earth.
Breathing into your heart,
This knowledge that your space is a sacred space,
Something to be tended to and cared for.
How would you care for others,
A baby,
A good friend?
Can you care for yourself that way?
So let all of those images begin to dissolve,
The things that aren't there for you,
Or feel like they are a way to care for and nurture yourself.
You doing this in this moment,
This simple visualization is giving yourself permission and the ability to love yourself.
You're doing it right here and now.
Really validate that.
Looking up at the sky,
Start to notice how you've been being recently.
Have you been in fear,
Control,
The unknown,
Confusion,
Happiness?
Joy,
Enthusiasm.
Don't judge,
Just see those images of yourself of how you've been in your life recently.
And know this is how you draw things to you.
So see if you can make a connection about what's been showing up in your life into relationship to how you've been.
If you're in a state of surrender and change,
Notice,
Have you really given yourself permission to surrender?
Or has there been a bit of resistance?
Even something as simple as getting a tooth pulled or be in resistance to that,
Making a move,
Redefining our relationship,
Changing our job.
If you're in resistance,
You don't get what you want.
So just for a moment,
Bring that crown at the top of your head to the feeling of disappointment.
What does it feel like when you don't get what you want?
Notice that block,
The way your body responds.
And then bring that crown back up to a level of enthusiasm.
Really feel this in your body.
Sometimes we don't get things because it's inferior to what we're really going to get.
Let that dissipate some of your disappointment,
Knowing something bigger and better is coming in.
And then bring crown at the top of your head to a place of curiosity.
Get curious about what you could create in your life.
And then just choose something that you would want to do.
In a perfect world,
I would love to.
.
.
Let yourself have it,
Whatever it is.
Perfect world,
I would love to.
.
.
And look at that on the screen.
And notice how that makes you feel right now.
Can you have it?
Or do you still notice limits or resistances?
Stories still chattering away in your mind?
Let them release down into the center of the earth.
Anything you can let go of helps to increase your ability to have this.
And then let that thing,
Whatever it is,
The feeling,
The emotion,
The event,
Transform into a simple image of a rose on that screen in the night sky that you're looking at.
See what that rose looks like.
And set it to release to drain down the stem.
Anything that still might be coming up that interferes with the energy of your greatest and highest good of this coming true in its purest form.
And watch the rose transform and change as you let go.
And then get a sense of the feeling of this.
What does it feel like now?
And then ask,
From that place in the center of your head,
How can you infuse the rose with the next step for yourself?
Just pick a color,
A blessing,
A sun ray from God,
However you want to see it.
Let that rose receive,
Be infused with the next step for yourself.
And watch the rose blossom as that happens.
And then infuse it with a color that represents the vibration of a mystery unfolding with your greatest and highest good.
And then let that rose go up into the night sky and become an anchor point for you to visualize and see,
Just like you would the North Star.
And all of those intentions you just set in the form of the rose,
Free of attachment,
Have been released into the universe to begin creating and manifesting.
So that it can come back in a way that you might have never imagined.
What's great is when our mind has all these perfect pictures of how it should be,
Or maybe we can't quite figure it out,
It gets stuck.
So you've just done a really intentional ritual exercise from your conscious awareness.
To create something,
To let go of limits and releasing it into the universe.
You've allowed for it to begin creating the magic of your higher self.
Breathe into your body.
Just really being in that space in the center of your head.
You can,
Again,
Just once in a while,
Gaze at that universe above you,
The limitless universe.
And then just become aware that you're in that observer,
That sanctuary space in the center of your head.
And let that crown on top of your head again,
Come to a place of desire.
Desire is really the energy that we can create and manifest in.
So often we're told we're not allowed to desire.
Might have come up throughout our lives.
Might have certain connotations or programmings in there.
But let yourself just have the pure energy of that in this moment.
Hot,
Deep breath into your body.
And bring that crown again.
To joy.
Feel that throughout your body.
Bring it to grace.
And then to love.
And let that love resonate out and down throughout your entire being,
Your physical body.
Really anchoring it in your heart space.
Breathing.
And I'm going to let you sit.
And feel and work with that connection to love for just a minute in silence.
And just notice how that love feels.
Do you feel you're restricting it in your body?
Still breathe and let it expand out and fill up an entire bubble around your space.
And see a big,
Beautiful golden sun above your head.
Let that golden sun have a magnet in the center of it.
Contains your pure energy.
And it's going to begin reclaiming all parts of you that you may have left somewhere else.
Breakfast,
At work,
At home,
In bed,
In your childhood,
With your parents,
With a friend,
With a partner.
It all comes back into that golden sun.
And that sun grows larger and larger as more of you returns.
It resets to you at this moment.
And then sprinkle in to that golden light some qualities you'd like for yourself.
Ease,
Grace,
Going with the flow,
Strength,
Wisdom,
Whatever it is.
Just really intentionally choose a few qualities to stir into that golden sun above you.
And let that golden sun pour down into the top of your head.
Infusing with that quality of love you filled your body up with the moment before.
Feeling love and connection with yourself.
Your head all the way down to your toes and your fingertips become glowing and golden.
Deep breath.
Allowing yourself to sit in that space as long as you like.
Whenever you feel really clear and grounded and connected,
Reunited with yourself.
Stretch and open your eyes.
Take your time.
