Good morning,
I'm Amber and welcome to this three minute morning meditation.
Begin to find your place of comfort,
Inviting the breath to deepen on the inhale,
Releasing a sigh on the exhale.
Again,
Deepen the inhale,
A gentle sigh on the exhale.
Again breathing in,
Opening to presence,
Exhale softening any tension in the body,
In the forehead,
The eyes,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
Releasing any thoughts in the mind,
Settling into yourself.
Drawing your attention to your heart center,
Feeling the warmth and spaciousness inside of you as you bask in this privilege to greet a new day.
Guiding your awareness to the space between your eyebrows,
Infinite,
Spacious.
See yourself entering the day with a sense of grace and confidence.
Everything you do,
Everything you touch is joyful and alive.
Feel that and allow this feeling to wash over you,
To move through you.
Everything you do,
Everything you touch is joyful and alive.
Feel this.
With the rising sun comes a powerful,
Vibrant bright light.
Knowing that you have this same light radiating from within you,
You are an unstoppable force of nature.
Allowing gratitude to wash over your being now,
Taking this time to start your morning going inwards and accessing your inner light to make your day magical.
Returning back into your body now,
Back into this room,
Feeling yourself full of joy and grace.
Re-lifting the eyelids,
Greeting this moment feeling rejuvenated,
Recharged and ready to experience the day.
