Welcome to the Bodhi Soul Guided Meditation Sessions.
This mindful moment meditation is wonderful for any time you realize you need to take a pause and reset.
You can do this meditation as many times in a day as you need to.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position,
Sitting up tall and alert,
Yet relaxed.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep inhalation in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth with a sigh.
One more time.
Take a deep inhalation in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth with a sigh.
Now allow your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Not forcing or judging,
Just simply breathing.
Start to count your breath with each exhale.
When you reach your tenth breath,
Count backwards with each breath until you reach number one again.
If you lose track of your count,
You can either start again or use the last number you remember.
To finish,
Take one last deep inhalation in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth with a sigh.
