Welcome to the Bodhi Soul Guided Meditation Sessions.

This meditation will leave you with a feeling of peace and calm.

It's for times when you just need five minutes to yourself.

Just five minutes to pause,

Tune out the noise and relax.

This is your time.

So let's start by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

One where you're alert yet relaxed.

Make any final adjustments to get comfortable.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Let's take a few deep inhalations in through your nose.

And exhalations out through your mouth with a sigh.

Again,

Inhaling deeply through your nose.

And exhaling out with a sigh.

Now allow your breath to come back to its natural rhythm.

Not forcing or judging,

Just simply breathing.

Notice your body breathing and any sensations you may be feeling.

If you have any areas of discomfort,

Gently inhale into the area with relaxed awareness.

And gently exhale away the tension.

Imagine in your mind's eye that you're relaxing by a stream in a beautiful meadow.

The sound of the birds softly chirping,

Signaling to your nervous system that you're safe and you can peacefully rest.

This sense of tranquility allowing you to relax even deeper.

If your mind wanders,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath in that beautiful,

Peaceful meadow.

Now start to bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the space around you,

Feeling appreciation for taking this time for yourself.

When you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes and getting back to your day or evening.
